Cafe where breakfast was served was close but you still had to walk outside a few minutes, not ideal when it rains. Not a lot of to choose from at the cafe that was included in the price.

Breakfast was very tasty. Coffee was great. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had a layover in Pisa and it was perfect for that. Easy late check in and clean room.

The only thing, and it's a very small thing, are the rooms have very thin walls so you could hear everyone coming in and out during the mornings and evenings.

The room was lovely and in such a prime location to visit Pisa, we enjoyed being close to the main town but not central so was less busy. The facilities were great and the staff were lovely.

The location is excellent, very clean and well maintained acomodation in an historic building on Lungarno.

The room was regular. Good for one night. Bathroom is well equipped and clean. You may do the checkin 24h. Close to the city attractions.

The reservation mentioned breakfast included but all you get is a voucher for a coffee and a pastry in a near by cafe. The shower tap did not work properly.

Just note, When trying to find the door from the street, it’s a grand door and the number 31 being the key identifier. To the right of that door is a small low key buzzer. When entering the grand door, go straight forward to the staircase and lift (don’t turn immediately left)

Lovely location overlooking the river. East to reach just away from the main historical sites but just a 10 Minute walk. The room was spacious, clean and bathroom the same. No real noise from the street below.

The shower doesn't have a curtain, and it can be quite messy after showering. But other than that, it's fine.

Everything was good! Only one little thing that we got woken up by the traffic and other people having showers in the morning.

The view from our room was amazing. Also the location was perfect for our short stay in Pisa. The bed was very comfortable. We were able to check in late as our flight was in the evening.

Breakfast was a little disappointing especially as you have to walk over the bridge ......for a coffee and croissant . Shower was scalding and we both couldn't adjust it.

Nice location by the Arno river. Handy for restaurants....10 minutes walk and not much further to duomo and leaning tower.

The room is well located within walking distance to all major sites. My flight was delayed so I arrived very late to the room. The owner was very helpful in giving me access to the property even though nobody was there on arrival. I was sent very clear & helpful instructions. The next morning I was able to leave my bags at reception whilst I explored the city. The staff were very helpful in answering all of my questions and I felt very welcome. The rooms are spacious but basic. Bathroom was clean. Absolutely no complaints. For breakfast you are given a voucher for a nearby cafe which is a short walk over the bridge. I was given a cappuccino & croissant as part of my stay.

Bed, the bed was hard so didn’t get a perfect nights sleep but beds are personal preference.

Great location, room was nice and big and clean, bathroom was lovely and shower really good. Breakfast in cafe about 100m just over bridge.

The shower didn't really drain, the bathroom is not attached to the room (we knew this so that's okay), but there are very few usable hooks/places you can put your toiletries and/or clean/dirty clothes. Made the showering experience way more stressful after an already long day.

Great location! Close to everything, located in a beautiful building. We only stayed here for one night and it was a perfect placement for that, self check-in was smooth, we even left our bags there for a few hours in the morning after checkout, walked to the Pisa tower and had lunch downtown, then continued to our next destination.
