Parking in the locality without a private reservation was almost impossible. This should be made clearer to guests at time of booking, so that guests know they must reserve a private car space.

Great location, clean, large modern room and bathroom, plenty of storage space, fantastic water view with gorgeous balcony, directly adjacent to multiple facilities, activities and restaurants in old city.

My room was perfect, but I would like to point that has only a really small window. For long-term-stays maybe it could be annoying.

The apartment is in the centre of Monopoli, in one of the nicest street of the old town. Perfectly well located to walk around and really safe if you’re a solo traveller. The host, Andrea, is really kind and makes you feel at home. The apartment is clean and new. Breakfast is included, Andrea gives you a ticket and you can have a really good cake in the bar in front of the apartment.

A well appointed apartment in a great location with a balcony overlooking the harbour(see photo attached). Andrea was an exceptional host that looked after us very well. We are glad we stayed at Il b&b di Alice and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

The bar directly outside the property was very noisy until gone 1am in the morning,making it hard to sleep.

Toilet paper was the thinnest shortest toilet rolls ever. Breakfast system is ridiculous. It allows for one item in each of the three sections. One drink one cake and and one bottled juice. All vary in price but still can only have one. Eg. croissants 1e and cake 4e. But you cannot have 2 croissants for 2e instead of cake. I don’t understand. I guess the Italians do!

Right next to the castle and the bay with an awesome cafe in its square. So close to everything you want to see. Parked car in a private bay organized by Andrea, shuttled there and back ( no stress). Check in was seamless

It's right in then middle of the old town, near the beach and you can see the port and the sea from the windows. Andrea is a great host. He was super helpful when we got to Monopoli. The room is comfortable and there's a kitchen downstairs which has everything you may need.
