Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SloveniaThe room was comfortable and quiet, despite being right next to a busy road. The whole apartment was tidy and clean and felt really safe because you have to unlock 3 different doors to get into your room. I haven't tried the breakfast, because it's offered in a different building, so I can't give my opinion on that. The location is great because it’s a 15 min walk from the train station in one direction and 15 min from the city center in the other direction. Donato, the owner, was friendly and incredibly helpful by sharing lots of good info about local bars and restaurants.

The owner was very helpful and hospitable on meeting him. He was upbeat when we arrived he explained the space very well as to how our bathroom and bedroom space worked and where to use our breakfast vouchers at a nearby cafe. The spaces were very clean too.

United StatesIt was suppose to be a B&B but there was no breakfast. Not a big deal cause there was coffee and tea available and the cafe was downstairs, but it would be nice to have a some baked goods available in the kitchen.
