Didnt effect us but quite few stairs if elderly, no lift, found difficult to see entrance door to property on arrival as next to a fruiters/shop with stall (door tucked in corner) but locals told us where it was

Very central, lovely little balcony and room, breakfast lovely very clean, lovely hosts (offered to help with bags) let us in earlier which was a great help

The steps were quite steep, but the owner nicely carried our luggages.

The location is hard to find and it can look a bit rough on the outside, however, once inside the accommodations are clean and spacious. The host is attentive and nice.

The location and amenities were great, the only issue is the apartment/rooms are on a second-floor walk-up with no elevator.

Everything was great.. Very clean and good atmosphere, breakfast in the room. The car can be parked nearby or 100 meters away. in a secure parking lot. Good location (near both historical values ​​and great restaurants, pizzerias and the sea coast. I recommend it.

Everything was so good!

We had delicious breakfast every morning with the one of the best coffee I’ve ever tried. The room was so clean, we had cute italian balcony, and everyday cleaning just made our stay even better! Thank you so much for your hospitality🥳

If I do have to mention anything, it would be the sweet foods for breakfast. I gather that typical Italian breakfast is sweet, and indeed I was served a rich breakfast but only sweet foods. Also good to know: the breakfast is served to your room on a trolley with wheels, so you eat in your room and there is no common area in the establishment to eat or hang out. For me that was perfectly fine but I can imagine the space getting tight if I was staying with someone.

I had a very comfortable stay as a solo traveler. Everything I could need was already thought out. And they are very eager to help with anything else necessary. I had no idea but apparently Italy predominantly uses a sort of plug that did not accommodate my laptop charger. I was prepared to go hunt for an adapter the next morning and I was so pleasantly surprised to find an adapter and an extension cable on the breakfast tray the next morning, without even having to ask for it.

A little tricky to find as no reception and you have to supply your arrival time quite in advance which is fine if you know when you are arriving, but if not if you want more flexibility

if you are looking for a nightlife this place is a bit off the route, since you will need around 15-20 minutes to reach those spots.

It’s in a nice quiet neighbourhood near the promenade (2 mins by foot), the continental breakfast was included and it was really awesome (especially the way it was delivered), the room has a/c and a spacious bathroom. The owner is really helpful and caring, so you can easily ask if you need something.

Access stair was steep but very attractive. Steepness might not suit everyone.

we cannot speak highly enough about the property and our stay. They were extremely accommodating hosts, checking us in early, booking our taxi for us and bringing breakfast early as we had to get to the airport. The room is as also so lovely and in a great location for us in down town Naples. We loved our trip and will definitely be returning!

We booked a double room. there should be a bidet in the bathroom and a desk in the room, but they gave us a standard double room which is cheaper and smaller than we booked. The room and especially the bathroom is very small that it was difficult to move. The bath sink leaks to the room. B&B is in the second floor, you need to climb lots of stairs.

Location was perfect and the room was clean.
