The hosts were wonderful and very welcoming, the accomodation is really well located to central Todi, with fantastic views across the countryside from the garden areas where you can sit, relax and have breakfast. The hosts offered great suggestions for dinner in the town, which was really helpful. The breakfast was amazing, with everything home cooked by chefs. This stay is really good value for money, especially considering the breakfast is so extensive.

Next to the scenic town of todi, this b&b is the perfect mix of urban and rustic holiday. as soon as you cross the gate, you are thrown by the serenity of this place, as a combination of danish esthetics and Italian heart.

Beautiful views, beautiful people. Thomas and Elizabeth were so welcoming and offered great local expertise. They were a lovely couple who were always smiling and were very amicable. The property was within walking distance of Todi and the stay itself had a beautiful setting. It was very clean and tidy too. I would recommend this property to anyone. The food was sensational too! Tomas and Elizabeth are maestros in the kitchen.

The breakfast was fabulous, and the view is breathtaking.

Thomas and Lisa were wonderful hosts. Lisa is an exceptional chef. Quite creative with tasty and healthy meals. The location was excellent. A three minute walk to the free bus shuttle into Todi or you can walk into town within 15 minutes. Our party of four stayed for five nights and it was a perfect location for day trips.

It felt like an ancient, worn-out summer camp cot. The villa has thick walls, and they don't have Wifi boosters in the rooms, so the Wifi is basically non-existent. If you want to make a call on Skype, it's audio only, and you have to sit right next to the window to get it to work.
The breakfast terrace is simply stunning. The breakfast itself was really delicious (this facility is also a cooking school), but it is very rigidly staged. We told them that we just wanted the pastries and fruit (we don't eat a big breakfast), and they were a bit testy about us skipping some of the courses. The room decor is gorgeous, as are the property and views. Parking is a total breeze - the property is accessed from a free public lot next to a park. It is a quick walk uphill through the park into the very center of Todi. The rooms have A/C (not common in this area), which is great because Umbria was really, really hot this summer.
