No coffee tea making facilities in the room

Very friendly helpful staff. Couldn’t do enough for us.. The property is beautifully located in the hills of Santa Margherita so you would need a car to get around. The property does offer a shuttle service but only at certain times of the day. There is a restaurant on site which served amazing food. I would say tho it could provide a more lighter option for say lunch.. We did speak to the restaurant manager about the menu and we suggested platters of cold meats and cheese. Our last night the manager said he could do this for us and it was amazing.. We left feeling totally relaxed..

Unfortunately, the lunch/dinner food was not to the standard of the hotel itself. It was average. Wasnt terrible, but wasnt great either. the only great dish was the trofie with pesto.

Everything was amazing here. The staff were exceptional, facilities perfect, room and amenities excellent. Breakfast was exceptional. The terrace for dinner was beautiful.

The view is amazing, the staff are very friendly and will do anything to help. The food is top class. The rooms are large and modern. We were upgraded to a sea view room. There are short walks nearby. It is near perfect.

Fantastic food and very friendly staff. The view over Santa Margherita was amazing. Heated infinity pool with plenty of space and quietly. The area offer great hiking directly from the hotel.

A gem. The location is outstanding. While not per se luxury, the house is wonderful, the service is warm and great and you feel treated as special. We were upgraded in the Belvedere house which is great. Pools are heated and very nice.

Service was amazing. Monica and miguel were amazing. Very attentive to everything. Meet us at the car to get luggage and escort us to our amazing room with an amazing view.

The accommodation is overpriced compared to the location (20min from Portofino & Santa Margherita), the route to get to the property is tight & uphill, no do not disturb sign on the door, lizards everywhere wall & floor near pool etc.

The staff were very welcoming & breakfast although limited it was fresh & great.

The road to this little gem is tight and there are sharp turns at difficult angles - not for the faint hearted but at the top is so worth it. We had to leave!!

The welcome from the staff is second to none. The room was fabulous with stunning views of the coast. The meal was delicious and overall our stay was first class. We took advantage of the infinity pool and Luca came out to serve us. We had never been served wine while in the pool - the wine and service was excellent.

a tricky way to get to the hotel , a curl and rocky road , very hard to manage if you driving a big car

amazing view , very relaxing and quite .. feels like heaving cause literally clouds passing by you .. stunning view in the restaurant facing the valley and the harbour rooms are big and clean . nice cozy pool with sun-beds 20 min to portofino love the stuff , super sweet and helpful especially Luca

This is hard to say.. I had to go up the mountain twice a day and the climb is really steep and narrow by car. If you just stay up the mountain to relax and enjoy the view you’ll be alright.
