Everything was as explained

We had an amazing stay in this accomodation. Very clean rooms, amazing breakfast with a beautiful View on the lake! Martina is a very friendly and welcoming host. The parking slots are also very good. Be aware that the accomodation is on a hill, which gives you a wonderful view but the walk down to the water takes about 25 min and walking up again can be a bit challenging for elderly people. Anyways we would definitely stay here again!

A fabulous B&B I really enjoyed my stay here, a lovely room and beautiful garden. Martina was very friendly and helpful, Verdiana who served breakfast was very kind - she gave me a lift to the train station.

The rooms might feel a bit small if you're traveling with two suitcases. It's also more convenient if you have a car

We really enjoyed the hotel! Special thanks to the owner who organized our comfortable stay and was always available to assist. The hotel has a peaceful, natural atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re surrounded by nature. We will definitely return!

Location slightly isolated with substantial uphill walk from town if travelling without car. Breakfast well presented with great ingredients but would be nice to choose specific items and have slightly more choice. Some noise from breakfast room as it's adjacent to rooms.

Immaculately clean. Beautiful garden, good lake view. Martina very friendly and helpful, allowed us to use cutlery, wine glasses, microwave etc. Secure parking. Good supermarket nearby (Iperol) as well as restaurants with takeaway service.

Charming, small guesthouse. Very high level of cleanliness and a comfortable bed. Everything is perfectly organized. Delightful staff. Beautiful garden with a view of the lake. Breakfast prepared by the owner is top-notch, seriously like in an exclusive restaurant! The guesthouse is wonderful, Martina is incredibly kind, and everything is fantastic! The town itself doesn't offer much, but it's perfect for a peaceful retreat. Private parking with a locked gate ensures plenty of privacy and security. There's also a cellar with wine, beer, and preserves that you can select and purchase at any time. We will definitely return!

The main breakfast area is close to the rooms, so unfortunately got woken up early in the morning by loud fellow travelers

We had visited the property for couple of days. The property owner was super friendly and she is always ready to help you with any of your queries. The break fast spread was really great, the detailed presentation of the breakfast table is worth mentioning. The rooms were very clean and room sizes were pretty good.

There was no view from our rooms window, but that was not a problem.

Room was clean. Breakfast was really delicious and well made. Host was really helpful and always positive. Parkinplace was good and secured with electric gate. Electric car charging was good to have, just take in mind that Electricity is more expensive in Italy than in many other country, so the price is not the cheapest.

Perfect place for discovering Lake Como: Mandello del Lario is not yet fully discovered by foreign tourists, so it provides a nice contrast to the very crowded places like Bellagio, with nice restaurants and cafés. The B&B is the best place to stay: Wonderful breakfast with lake view, a great hostess and wonderful rooms. The next time we will again stay here and already recommended it to a lot of friends. We traveled to the B&B by train, so we had to walk uphill and downhill quite a lot, but it is possible to reach the b&b without car and after two or three days, the neighbours even started greeting us, which was very lovely.

There should be a buffet breakfast. Being served fixed portions of the same food every day is not a great experience, even by Italian standards. The bed mattress was very hard. The guests get only one set of towels for the entire stay.

The view from the garden is amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a good quality refrigerator. There are mosquitoes in the summer, but we travel with Raid so it was not a problem. The host lives on site and is very nice and helpful with all requests. We did not use the pool, but everything looked nice and clean. There is parking in the yard, so very safe and convenient. The area is quiet.
