Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent position with well designed, high quality facilities and decoration. unusual to find a 'boutique' in a hotel, but this served wines spirits and coffee alongside local delectable. This is the 1st place I have seen Chinese gin!!! Breakfast was wonderful and the young lady serving us was charming and attentive. Unfortunately, I missed out on dinner as I felt unwell but my wife said her selection of grilled fish was both delicious and generous. She also said that all the dishes she saw leaving the kitchen were 'works of art'. Both the restaurant and the hotel were underpriced and offer terrific value for money. As a final note the bed and bedding were supremely comfortable! I wish we had stayed longer than 1 night!

SwitzerlandThe Italians don‘t really eat breakfast, so it was pretty basic. But that was expected The only truly negative thing I‘ve experienced were the pillows. They were dense and unconfortable. Some of out had a bit of a stiff neck after the first night.
Lovely Hotel in a remote area. Friendly and very helpful personnel! They knew their guests quite well and tried their best to overcome the language barriers! I don‘t speak any Italian so that was extremly convenient for me. Grazie 1000!

The location is fabulous. Food and wine offerings at the restaurant superb. They only go for premiums ingredients and the talented Executive Chef, Claudio, is phenomenal in preparing each plate. I had almost everything on the menu -- seafood, pasta, meat and dessert -- and everything tasted delicious from start to finish.

GermanyWe waited at the reception for 10 minutes because we couldn‘t find an employee anywhere. The room had a mouldy smell, the toilet had a paper cover saying „freshly cleaned“. When we removed it the toilet seat was covered with urine stains. At first I thought the stains were in the material,but when I applied desinfectant I was able to remove them all. The air conditioning kept turning itself off during the night,so it got really hot in the room. Breakfast in the morning was mediocre at best. All in all I wouldn‘t recommend the hotel. There are a lot of nicer places for a better price.
During our trip we stayed at five different places and unfortunately this was the worst one.
