There was nothing to not like.

We got an astounding room with a large terrace opening on a spacious courtyard and could enjoy real tranquillity and a sense of authentic Roman-ness while being near many important sites and at the same time enjoying perfect independence. Also, we could not be more grateful to Mirella who suggested this room to us and was very helpful with every little request we had.

The hotel's location is spectacular just a 7-minute walk from the train station (Termini) and 20 minutes from the Colosseum and Rome’s historic center. In addition, there were plenty of restaurants nearby offering a wide range of prices. A very good place.

The accommodation has a strong smell of mold (dampness), and the wardrobes smell musty. The shower cabin is too small; at first glance everything looks clean, except for the unpleasant smell.

In the hot weather they wouldn't provide fans. As I don't like sleeping in aircon that means I couldn't get a good night's sleep.

The only negative thing was the noise from the street even on closed windows. It will be beneficial if the hotel provide head set for ears ,so the noise cant bother you while sleep.

The location is in a nice neighborhood, very close to the main train station and walking distance from the city center. The bed was quite comfortable, plenty of towels were provided, and bed linens and towers were clean.

No climate control in the room—temperature is centralized with no option for adjustment. It can be a bit cold in winter. Hot water needs careful adjustment, but it’s possible to find a comfortable setting for a shower. The reception is not 24/7 and is located in a different building, but this wasn’t an issue.

Bathroom door is just folding door, there is no sound barrier, you can clearly hear all the "bathroom efforts" 😁

Staff was very helpful and pleasent, gave us a lot of ideas and best ways to get around, even changed our room for a one with balcony, so we can smoke on it. Great location, plenty of locations around, good coffee, pizzas and pastas, nice sandwiches, close to the station.

The wifi didn't work which was a problem with my work. The area at night was not the best but we did manage to walk until the station at 3am to take our bus to the airport.

That we can hear other guest coming back to hotel and talking in the night. Also outside there is a restaurant and apparently a meeting point for bikers. It might be annoying if you trying to fall asleep. But hotel is nice and staff very knowledgeable and friendly. I would suggest adding a kettle to the room.

The location was perfect ... close to the train station and we were able to walk to attractions like the Borghese Gallery and Palazzo Barberini. The staff was super helpful and kind -- even before we arrived they were able to answer questions for us about trains and buses to the airport (we were dealing with a train strike on the day of our departure).

The room is so small that you can't open your bags in it. And have a window over the back yard. Noisy mini-fridge in the room we had to unplug it during night and the bathroom was poorly ventilated

The location is close to the station (17 min walk) and has many supermarkets and restaurants around. Streets are safe to walk day and night. Easy chick in and out and they can keep your luggage after the check out at the reception
