It was so welcoming after a long journey from Sydney. Constantino was very helpful with transfers to and from the airport and our breakfast package to take with us was very appreciated. The room was spotless and a very peaceful location given that we were 10mins from the airport. Thank you.

The kitchen is very cozy . The host and hostess were excellent . They pick us up at the airport and took us back to the airport .

I love our kitchen there . Very nice and the host and hostess were very kind. We love everything about the place. If you want to stay close to Fiumicino airport, you should stay there. Only thing we didn’t get to stay there long because we had to explore other places in Rome, Venice etc. The food is lovely and the coffee(cafe Americano is excellent. Thank you and we will stay there again.

We flew into Fiumicino airport from Malta in the afternoon and were flying out late the next morning and needed some where to stay overnight. The accommodation was very nice and comfortable and the host very nice and helpful. They also organised transfers from and to the airport. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great place to stay for a night before a flight. It is on a quiet street very close to shops and restaurants and very close to our rental car return. Friendly owners, very comfortable room and a very nice breakfast. We would come here again.

Lovely little B&B that was so convenient for flying in or out of Fiumicino. The hosts were just lovely and the space, while small, was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. The transport arranged by the hosts to and from the airport was perfect. It was a good 15 minute walk to a great selection of restaurants. Great stay!

Terrible location to get to. We spent nearly 2 hours trying to catch the advised bus and got bumped from 3. Cost a ridiculous amount for a taxi out of desperation. Need clearer directions and advice. Room shared common area, other occupants were noisy after 10pm.

Honestly, I can't think of any — everything was perfect!

This is the best place I've stayed at in Italy. The host and their family were very friendly, and the surrounding area was so peaceful. The room was big, super clean, and really comfortable. The bathroom was perfect too. Besides the room, there was also a shared living room and kitchen, which was great. Overall, it was even better than I expected. The breakfast was all homemade by the host and had a lot of variety. You can tell they really care about running this place well. I highly recommend it to everyone, and I will definitely come back next time I’m in town!

We stayed here on our last night in Italy before going to the airport which was an easy 6-minute drive. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. The hosts were kind and helpful. Check in and check out were simple and the hosts were readily accessible by text. We left at 5:30 in the morning and our host had a packed breakfast ready for us which was delicious and thoughtfully made.

It was in a great location close to the airport for flight next day, walking distance to shops and a great restaurant Indispensa bistro . It’s 10 mins drive from the beach. The room was clean and had everything you needed. Even provided spare toothbrushes. The breakfast was really lovely and the host very friendly and communicated well. We arrived early but the rooms were ready. It’s a perfect spot for a night before flying. Parking is available outside on the lane.

Location is a little out of the way. Glad we had a driver who knew how to drive through the back streets well.

The host was extremely helpful in arranging airport and cruise port transfers. He was very accommodating when I had a lost bag at the airport and we didn’t check in until after 11pm. Breakfast was plentiful and completed with a coffee made by the host.
