We stayed as a couple and had the most amazing time with Antonella as our host. She gave us so many great tips about the area, which made our trip even more special. The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning, and everything was perfectly prepared. A big thank you also to Alessia, the cleaning lady, who did a fantastic job – the place was always spotless. Antonella truly goes above and beyond, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

The owner was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Tricky with unloading luggage as parking nearby was difficult, but owner came out to tell me where to park and helped move luggage. She had booked a parking bay in a nearby parking garage for our stay. Rooms wonderful and unique decoration, large with great bed and facilities. We had access to water, tea and coffee all day long. Owner also provided us with a lovely breakfast each day and gave information on where to see all the sights on map. The location is brilliant within walking distance of all the main sights, shops and market.

Our stay at L'Orlando Furioso was a wonderful time in Palermo. The owner, Antonella, is a lovely person who was incredibly warm. Antonella was kind enough to suggest places worth visiting in Palermo. The location of the facility meant that we were close to everything - the sea and the center of Palermo. The apartment, located in a apartment house, has a unique atmosphere. Antonella personally prepared delicious coffee for us.

The location of the hotel is very close to the city center. The breakfast is very good. If you are with the car you can find parking place on the street. Near the locations you can find very good restaurants. Palermo is wonderful!!!

Antonella reached out to me a few days prior to our arrival and offered to set up a taxi to pick us up at the airport - she also provided directions in case we didn't want a taxi. We chose to have the taxi pick us up which made everything so much simpler after a long day of travel. She also offered us information of what was the places that we would want to see in Palermo. The hotel was located in the historic district and we could walk to everything. Breakfast was very nice and she offered to make me a cappuccino every morning. On our last day she let us leave our luggage after checkout since our ferry was not until evening. I would strongly recommend staying and if I return to Palermo I will certainly stay there again.

Had no complaints. All was good.

The breakfast made by hostess Antonella was ready for us each morning by 8:00. There is a nice well equipped centrally located breakfast room for the guests. The bedroom and bathroom are both a good size. All is very clean. The unit is located right in the old town area, with a few block walk to all sorts of things to do and see.

If I need to mention one negative thing, it was the poor water pressure of the "soft-rain" shower.

We loved just about everything at B&B Orlando Furioso, most of all the warm welcome by and wonderful service attitude of our hostess Antonella. All the tips for best Palermo sights or exceptionally good restaurants Antonella was happy to provide. We much enjoyed the breakfast, too. Our room was spacious and quiet, although with no view. The surrounding neighborhood is more elegant than most in Palermo, yet within a fairly short walk from most attractions.

We have a great stay at Palermo in l'Orlando. Location is perfect for visiting all local places. Antonella (owner) was very helpfull at place showing us local map and give us a best directions which places to visit. I recommend this place.

Finding parking was stressful, as we had to leave promptly and had a hire car we couldn’t use the B&B’s valet service. We were lucky in the end and found a space, but it took a little while.

Our host was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived, she really made our stay. Breakfast was good and served early as we had to leave early to catch a flight.

I struggled with the WIFI, but my husband had no problem with his Mac.

The location was excellent. In a pocket of the city centre that felt safe and had loads of restaurants around. Walkable to all old city and new city POIs. The 5* of this property is Antonella, the owner. She was so accomodating, helpful, directing us with great detail, to things to see, restaurants and best options for our airport transfer. She is the kindest, sweetest host I've ever encountered.
