During our stay in May, the apartment was quite cold and felt damp inside, we had problems with drying the towels after showering or our clothes after the rain. The bed wasn't very comfortable. There were also some technical issues in the apartment (problems with the lights or the jacuzzi function in the shower). Since there were only two staff members on site, both of whom spoke only Italian, it was quite difficult to communicate these issues. Nevertheless once informed they were very helpfull and quick to act.

Beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. There are only four apartments, so you often have the pool or garden all to yourself. The area is filled with birdsong and offers a truly tranquil setting. We stayed in the Puccini apartment, which was very spacious and well equipped. If you have a car, grocery shopping is easy, and the location is a great base for exploring Tuscany. There's also an excellent vineyard nearby – Poggio Salvi – where you can book a fantastic wine tasting experience.

Just the lack of anyone on the property for assistance. We knew the area quite well so we did not need much assistance. We were also late arriving (in the evening) and the caretaker was off duty but we did get a long text which was turned out easier to follow than expected once we arrived to gain access to the property and our unit.

The location was great and the apartment comfortable and spacious. Great pool and expansive gardens which were beautifully maintained with all the outdoor facilities you could wish for. Very peaceful and relaxing stay in the middle of a busy trip and easy access to local tourist towns if you needed them.

The beds and the mattress was very uncomfortable. It was not fully flat and it was difficult to have a good rest at night. We also didn't like the shower. I don't think it worked the way it should.

Great location, isolated in a quiet place but still close to many good coffe shops and a Migros store. We stayed 5 nights at the Vivaldi Apartment, it was spacious and clean. Very friendly staff. Almost everything was perfect.

It's not a negative, just be aware you'll need a car to get to any restaurants etc.

A beautiful, calming and relaxing space. Simone, who greeted us, was helpful and polite and gave us all the info we needed when we arrived, and provided us with some sightseeing recommendations. There was a lovely welcome basket which was really helpful as we arrived on a Sunday when all the nearby shops were closed - so we managed to put together dinner and breakfast! The pool is lovely, clean and the outdoor area is beautiful and peaceful.

The internet is not great. We tried to work remotely and it was not suitable for that. Missing common washing machine.

We enjoyed everything.

Our apartment (Vivaldi) was spacious and well appointed. Spotlessly clean. The pool area and garden was very well kept. The pool is salt water so without all the chemicals. We had robes and slippers provided. A really nice touch is a basket of things for breakfast and pasta and a sauce for one meal. Excellent, thank you! There's a good supermarket not too far away.

The bed! Mattress springs uncomfortable -

With a maximum of 8 adult guests in separate apartments it felt like we were staying in an exclusive villa. It was luxurious to enjoy the infinity pool, sun beds, garden features in peace and privacy. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with the best welcome package we’ve encountered.

Exceeded our expectations! Great facilities. Lots of outdoor space to relax. Having a welcome with basket with food items was a very nice touch which helped us through our first meal without venturing out.

The quietness and dark evenings.

It is a beautiful and clean apartment (Vivaldi). The garden comfort is great during the day. At nights a bit dreary. There are no automatic lights and quite dark. Very quiet and lonely location. It is difficult to find the turn to the road of the apartment at nights. For those who love a quiet and restful holiday. It is a nice place to be.
