The hosts were super nice and caring. The location is a 15 minutes walk from the historical center, but you can walk along the sea with a very nice view. You can easily access most of the attractions/beaches by public transportation.

Super friendly owners. Really helpful. A bit of a walk to the centre. However there is a fantastic family run restaurant within 5 min walk which has amazing food all used by locals so no stupid tourist prices. Ask Fabio it’s the closest to the house … I ate twice there Mussels are amazing

The owners were super kind, we could ask them for anything, they were cery helpful and friendly. The place was perfectly clean. The room was nice, quiet, well furnished, we had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend

The property was very clean and in walking distance to the coast. The room was cleaned daily. Great little breakfast room. Fabio and Erica were very friendly, gracious hosts. Parking was fairly easy to find and free (off peak travel).

The Owner and his wife is very frindly. Room well equipped and incredible clean. Breakfast is very good, and the familiy provide you all day coffe and snacks in the kitchen. Very good location, down town is 10 minutes by walk. Free parking on the Street. We definettaly come back and recommend this place :)

Excelent place, excelent locations, excelent personal, excelent breakfast. Thanks so much. I every day drive with city bus to Maria beach. Close was bus stop. Old town also was close for nice walking, with nice promenade.

wow, what a beautiful place - we were so sad that we didn’t spend more time there so please check it out .. the rooms seem new and in tip top shape. the host is incredibly friendly and the quality of the breakfast is super.. i’m sure you will love it there if you’re walking during the day in the city centre (15 minutes) of course it’s hot because of the sun, but the walk back in the night is just marvelous

Could do with black out curtains and better sound insulation, we could hear noises clearly including the tv next door while trying to sleep, but they did turn it down when we asked.

We had a warm and welcoming reception and the host gave us snacks and a welcome drink which was a nice touch. Super comfy bed and pillows and great shower. Room was spotless. There was a good spread out in the morning for breakfast and a relief to have some non sweet bread included along with nice pastries. Location is a good quiet area and about 15-20 minutes walk to main town.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable with modern decor and also the bed was super cozy and there was even a bathtub (in one room). For a good start in the morning, there was a delicious breakfast. Overall it was one of my best stays ever.

This was truly a dream come true! Erica and Fabio were the nicest couple I met in Italy! Went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable! The tub was the best! Thank you for everything! It was immaculate!

We assumed breakfast was included (our fault) and then we were charged for it. The owner, however, wanted to charge us 8 euros instead of the 5 euros that was stated in booking. We felt this was a classical "take advantage of the tourists" kind of thing, which we disliked completely. Breakfast was average. Check out is really early too.

Location was good, about 10 minutes from city center. There is enough free street parking. The room was nice and very clean. The bathroom was nice in size and overall a good stay.
