This place is a huge comfortable and well-equipped former flat, turned into separate rooms. I have enjoyed its air and smell of cleanliness. I was lucky enough to have been the only visitor, too. The manager is very fast to respond in case you need something.

Nothing to dislike.

It's exactly as the photos. A beautiful home and everything we needed. Very late rooms. Easy to find. Free parking on the street. Easy walk to the main street. Easy check-in instructions. It was a great stay. Very comfortable bed too.

- We didn’t expect the kitchen to be shared with other guests - Kitchen was not fully equipped, as pans and casseroles were missing - wifi might be improved - washing machine not in the apartment and for a fee

- clean - very nice apartment - easy to find parking - 5 minutes away from the valley of temples and the city centre

The small extras like coffee and water have to be paid extra, and common areas shouldn't be used outside of the official time, which we didn't expect. Even though it was written that coffee is 50 cents, he claimed it's 1 euro afterwards, which was confusing. I also know though that our big group was a bit demanding, so we were grateful for understanding. However, afterwards the owner was pressuring me with texts Iike "any other opinion worse than 10 is the wrong one", which left a really bad impression.

The apartment is new, renovated, spacious and well equipped. There is a piano, some sport equipment, coffee machine, balcony with a beautiful view, Wi Fi, an elevator to come upstairs. The owner was kind enough to let us enter before the check in time and leave the luggage after check out. The location is around 10 minutes from the train station and 15 from the city centre. He left the keys in a safe locker for us to enter. There were towels for us.

Common spaces were excellent. Fully stocked kitchen. Rooms were a little small but fine for two nights. Nice location.

We had a great experience, the host was accommodating to our needs. Located just a stroll away from the city center. We also met some fantastic local people at the nearby coffee shop. Highly recommend!

The facilities are stunning and the location is very central to the historic centre as well as walking distance to the valley of the temples. Host is friendly and helpful

Shower was slow to heat up but bathroom was very clean.

Very nice inside the building . Street parking no problem. Nice bakery near by. Elevator in building useful as apartment was on 3 rd floor. Neighbor was quite. Great restaurants within 15 minute walk.

As mentioned, a pot to cook in, considering the kitchen has everything else, and central heating. It is there, but does not work. Air conditioning in our room worked well, except to lock a door or unlock a door you have to turn it off to remove the key. Air conditioning in the shared space had no controller to turn it on, making the space unusable when night time came. Too cold. The neighbourhood feels "sketchy" but we had no problems.

The apartment is amazing. It has everything you could want (except a pot to cook in) The kitchen is well-appointed, as is the bathroom. The shared lounge are is comfortable.

Nice kitchen with everything you need except Pans/Pots. So if you are someone planning to cook your own food, then it might be an issue. But there is Microwave and electric stove to heat your food.

The location wasn't too bad, the hills are a doozy if youre trying to get up to the main part of the town. But it's not too far!

The surrounding area is quite dirty.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. It had everything you could possibly need. A good place to stay for visiting The Valley of the Temples.

No downsides.

The accommodation is a gem and very good value for money. All appliances you may need are available in the shared kitchen, which is spotlessly clean. The ocean view in the distance is mesmerizing. The bedroom was spacious, very comfortable, with a nice long balcony, and classy shower room. The host was helpful and patient. Parking the car just outside the property, on the street like a local, was not an issue at any time. The property is located within walking distance to the hubbub area of Agrigento. It's an uphill walk though, doable by anyone with no mobility issues. All in all, I would highly recommend staying in this property.
