The guesthouse could do with some renovations and that's true for the entire building. Breakfast is served in a location nearby, one would prefer to be in the same location, but not a major issue

The staff was very helpful, they cleaned the room every day and replaced towels during our 4 night stay, the location is very convenient as you can walk to the main attractions in Rome center

The cleanliness of the room itself was not very good (ex. floor was dirty, walls as well), however the bathroom was clean, sheets and towels were also clean, so it was overall okay. A big problem for us was the bed which was very uncomfortable, the pillows were also very bad. Another problem is the noise and that you could hear everything that is happening outside the room.

The hotel is in walkable distance to main tourist attractions and around 10mins walking to metro station Repubblica. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Overall it is a good deal for the price.

The property is located withing walking distance of metro, Termini station and city center. There are restaurants nearby and a grocery store. The host, Alex, was very nice and helpful with everything.

The hotel is very well located, everything was super clean and Alex, the employee who welcomed me, was exceptional. He gave me several tips about the city and was very attentive. It's a great option for the price. I would definitely go back.

The room could use a little refreshing, modernizing of the furnishings. The walls are thin and unfortunately you can hear all of the other guest's activities. Though everyone was considerate enough not to make noise after 23h. There is on going construction in the building and scaffolding outside the window. This wasn't an issue the first few nights luckily. Though on our last morning some of the workers knocked on the window several times at 8h00. It was unnerving, but not the hotel's fault. Ask for a room overlooking the street if this worries you.

The location is out of the main tourist area, but not far. It's nice to get away from the crowds and experience local life. Great restaurants and markets nearby. Very welcoming and accommodating. We were allowed to check in early and overall felt very welcomed. There's a breakfast nook with coffee/tea and microwave for everyone to use. The room was made up daily and generally clean. The bed was comfortable. Buses just outside will get you anywhere you want to go.

In the room, there was no water boiler, no tea/coffee and not even cups, which was a bit surprising for me, as it is in almost every guest house. Also, there was a little mess in the Kitchen

AC only worked when you were in the room which was not very nice when it is 38°C outside. The room could have been a bit bigger.

It is not a hotel its guest house only one floor with some room inside AC should be improved it needs alot of time to make the room cold

Although there is a kitchen, there are not many facilities for cooking.

The hotel is very neat and cozy, I enjoyed a lot the stay. It's pretty quite indoors despite it's located in a very crowded avenue. Public transport and basic stores (restaurants, shops...) are nearby. I definately come back anytime I'm in Rome again.

There was air conditioning, but it took forever to cool the room in the blistering heat of late July (mid 90s Fahrenheit). I think it would have been fine if the air could have continued running while not in the room, but removing the key card when leaving turned it off.

The location was close to a metro stop and multiple bus stops which was great. The staff was friendly and VERY helpful and gave us a lot of tips of what to see in Rome and how to get there. Our room well appointed and very clean. It was on the 5th floor, but there was a small elevator. It was great for the very reasonable price.

Breakfast. They serve a breakfast in restaurant 20m from hotel. This is not a problem. Every day was the same. We didn't have a chance to choose something else. Service in this restaurant was horrible. They treated us like enemies. But for Italian people, they were friendly. They didn't even respond for our good morning.

Service was amazing! 10 points is too little! He was available for us 24 hours per day. Very helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

The bed wasn’t bad but not good either more manageable. The one bad thing was the pillows. The pillows are flat.

The location was perfect. It was not in a touristy area but was so close to many things. We mostly walked. There are many coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The room was always clean and had fresh towels.
