I booked this place for a friend of mine, she said she was fully happy of it, both the room and the location . Clean and well equipped for anything she needed. The staff was nice too

Little bir far from Termini and not cheap

It wasn’t clean enough for a hotel, there weren’t hangers for towels and the bathroom overall was very limited.

Overall, I expected a much better standard for the price I paid. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others. The stay was very disappointing. The bathroom was extremely small, not cleaned during my stay, and the towels were never changed. The property is old – taps didn’t work properly, and the blankets were dirty. Bedsheets and linens were the same throughout and clearly not clean. The location is also not convenient for public transport, which made moving around difficult. The only positive thing was Alex – he was friendly. But overall, I would not recommend this place and definitely won’t be coming back. I paid approximately 130€ per day, which is way too much for what I get. I would definitely not recommend paying more than 50€ per day here.

The staff was very helpful, they cleaned the room every day and replaced towels during our 4 night stay, the location is very convenient as you can walk to the main attractions in Rome center

The guesthouse could do with some renovations and that's true for the entire building. Breakfast is served in a location nearby, one would prefer to be in the same location, but not a major issue

The breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. We had to walk 5 minutes down the street to a different hotel for our (included) breakfast.

The bed was hard. However, I asked for a foamy to make the bed softer and Alex did put one on the bed. Also, we were kept awake the first 2 nights by people yelling down on the street below. This went on into the wee hours.

The best thing about this place is the excellent management. Alex is incredibly professional, always present, assisting guests in various languages. The rooms are clean and the location central yet still away from the more crowded areas of Rome.

During the last nights of my stay, guests of the nearby rooms were smoking indoors. This made the atmosphere in my room suffocating and uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect.
