All good!

Our stay with Simone and Maria was by far our MOST ENJOYABLE amongst all the places we stayed in Italy!! They were FANTASTIC hosts, and our hearts melt thinking about them and out time spent there! The location is ideal for a visit to Firenze - just be sure to check the timings for the direct train that is a ten minute walk away and takes just 18 minutes & 2.80EU to arrive in the heart of the city. Maria was a great hostess, walking my wife to the station. Amazingly, the venue is a tower originally built in 1325, and there was parking on site for us! Highly recommedned!

We loved everything about our stay , the minute we arrived by train , we were met buy Simone who collected us at the station and then went to the B&B we met Simone,s wife Maria and they both made us feel at home straight away., The location and the B & B were amazing the view from the bedroom was super. Super breakfast and different every morning such a nice suprise, they really went out of their way for us. We even sat with the family one night for a drr and snacks. We have travelled a lot but this is certainly a great place to stay. We will be back Michael & Trish

Communicative. responsive and considerate hosts. Explained everything thoroughly on site and then gave us our privacy and full use of the facilities. Secure parking. Breakfast had a personal touch and was beautifully presented. We just took up what we needed to our rooms, and we're able to settle in quickly and go out for dinner somewhere just a minute walk away, which was a blessing after a long hot exhaustive trip on the A2 from Salerno. It was quiet and dark, and we slept deeply and well. Lovely and helpful couple, who have decorated the Tower tastefully and with flair. Everything you need is provided, and you can access the kitchen. Everything was exceptionally clean and neat, which is much appreciated after long hot stretches of a road trip. We will definitely return when we do our trip dedicated to just seeing Florence and surrounds.

Lovely accommodation about 30m drive from Florence. The room was very confortable and warm. The bathroom is outside the room, but very clean and with all the toileteries. Breakfast was very nice. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. Wifi worked just fine. We were able to park the car in the premises of the property.

Having to leave it!

Marie and Simone are perfect hosts. Very kind and helpful and very friendly and a pleasure to stay with. The accommodation is steeped in history yet tastefully modernised to provide every comfort. The location is superb. Just an 8 minute walk to the train station then a short 20 minute ride into the centre of Florence - for just €2,80 single. There can be no better way to visit Florence! The accommodation is spotlessly clean and comfortable and breakfast is very good with excellent cappuccino. If you wish to visit Florence then there cannot be a better way than by staying at La Torre. We would happily go back tomorrow if we could!

The best place we stayed at in Italy and the best hosts we ever had. They truly want the best for you and to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They picked us up from the train station on our arrival and on a random night when it was raining. They drove us to our activity when we were running late. I am so grateful I got to stay there. The place is 10 minutes away by foot to the train station, super clean, has a wonderful view and is just perfect for a long stay. I enjoyed everything about this place and I could not recommend it more.

Nothing. Everything was great.

If I could give them 1000 stars I would. Everything was perfect. We arrived at night and we were picked up at the nearby Signa train station. They allowed us to drop off our bags and then drove us to a restaurant that was open and had amazing pizza. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was picture perfect. I could tell a lot of effort went into decorating. The tower is so unique and was very impressive. They are the nicest people! My friend and I could not have had a better experience.

We really enjoyed the rustic, authentic look and feel of the house. Very calm place with a wonderful mountain view and very good rail connection to Florence, Pisa and other nearby cities. Maria and Simone were extremely kind, helpful and responsive and made us feel like a family. Attention and individual touch of Maria to every single detail make this home cozy, comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was delicious, the communication excellent and even more Simone picked us up at the train station and then walked us back. We cannot miss say "many thanks" for the kind hospitality! We will return one day again.

The property is outstanding, with a combination of historical building and new. The rooms are very comfortable, ideal for quiet resting and the terrace where breakfast is served has a fantastic view of the area.
