A bit overpriced, sketchy area at night. We were also very close to the other room hence every time they opened/closed the door it felt like someone was opening ours. You could hear every noise/every conversation.

The perfect location, like a 20-30 minute walk from landmarks and a 5-minute walk to the tram, bus station, and metro, plus the ideal AC made it one the most comfortable places to stay in the hottest days of Rome.

Bed and pillows are uncomfortable and should be replaced. It seams there is some problem with hot wather, one night we had to shower with ice cold wather, but next day when we reported this to the host it was imidiatly solwed. There is no shampoo, only shower gel.

Location is perfect. Everywhere you can go by foot, 20min walking from Colloseum. Around the apartment are lot of restaurants and shops, next to the main train station. Host is very helpful, and it was very clean, they are clining every day and it was perfectly clean. It's also quite, it's not a loud like some people were writing. Street is quite, no traffic, and other guests in that period were also quite.

I would suggest doing some minor renovations to the shower.

The room is quite cute. It's cheap, in good location, fully worth of money. All main sight seen are not far and can easily reach any by feet or take a metro. The apartment owner owns a restaurant nearby, when we got there, we were treated as part of Italian family. And he gave us a good discount ;)

You have to report to the host's restaurant just around the corner to collect the keys to where you're staying - not the end of the world, but worth knowing when you book; we were fine with it. The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived, however, and we had to wait about ten to fifteen minutes before we were escorted to the accommodation. [We couldn't have just taken the keys and let ourselves in as there were four locked doors to negotiate and it would've been too much to remember which key went in which door let alone all the different turns to take once we were in the building] I booked for four separate beds but upon being shown into our room there were only three. Host was quite argumentative and repeatedly claimed I'd booked a three-bed room, until I dug the booking confirmation out which clearly stated "4 single beds". Owing to the time (we weren't late; we just had an evening flight into Ciampino, from which we got a taxi straight to the restaurant) this wasn't able to be rectified until the next day, so two guys (not a couple) had to share a double bed for the first night. We ate at the restaurant that night (where the food was tasty and good value for money) and the host did give us all of our drinks for free as a gesture of goodwill in lieu of the above. Not the end of the world as we were only there to sleep and wash, but the bedroom was somewhat tight for floorspace, so we were a little bit in eachother's ways whilst moving around.

Location was excellent, beds were comfortable and all guests get a discount at the host's restaurant just around the corner, where the food was very nice and reasonably priced.

One of the single bed they gave us folded in the middle and the mattress was very thin so it was kinda uncomfortable to sleep in.
