Location was good. It was difficult to find and maybe the weather being so hot made it feel harder than it was. Once set in our property, getting around Rome was easy and our apartment was a good starting point.

Location was incredible. We eventually opted for the scooter to get around. Outdoor restaurants so close, just pricey. Also loved the quirky and clean rooms. Had a room with a balcony which was so lovely to wake up to the open doors into the enclosed hotel square.

Noice isolation is not good. As the building is on the shopping street, at night you can still hear clearly car/motor passing by which disturb the sleep.

Nothing . The only thing that would be a good addition would be to have some English channels for the TV other than that we had a wonderful experience staying here.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Check in was fast and easy and the host at the apartment was extremely accommodating . Excellent AC as well.

We were met by a member of staff outside the hotel and led to reception, which was helpful and welcoming. The room was lovely and comfortable with high ceilings. The location was fantastic and central but the hotel was nice and quiet.

The state of the garden centre

Just feel the "garden" in the centre of the building needs a big clean up. Then I would be happy to sit out on my balcony for morning coffee!

Very spacious, well organized and very well equipped. It’s located on a walking distance from all the main attractions, we’ve walked with a 2 year old to Vatican, Colloseum, Fontana di Trevi, etc. we really appreciated the complimentary drinks, after a long flight. The staff were very helpful and responsive. The elevator was also welcomed and a nice surprise.

Noise from the other rooms and from the stairs, I could hear the neighbours when they were talking loudly. Also there is an elevator but it is cramped and slow.

Excellent location, close to the subway and bus and to all major attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms with functioning air conditioning, nice and friendly staff. Overall great experience.

Wish there had been a clothes dryer but I know these are hard to come by in European cities. Otherwise, I can’t think of a thing to add!

Excellent apartment with all of the amenities you could need! Perfect location right next to Piazza Spagna! A grocery store and deli is only a few doors down, as well as several delicious restaurants! Quiet and clean. An elevator, too! The staff was friendly and accommodating! Plenty of room for the five of us!
