We really enjoyed our stay! We were able to check in earlier, which was very convenient. The air conditioner worked perfectly, and the location is great for getting around. The apartment was well equipped with an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer — everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly, kept in touch regularly to check if we needed anything, and communication was perfect from start to finish.

Everything was really good, the room was really confortable and clean, also new, it was really easy to make check in and out. Highly recommended.

We were not made aware there is other rooms. The pictures make it look bigger than it is.

The elevator was stuck & when we called the host we were asked “what do you want me to do about it?” Not much shopping or restaurant close by, just a few.

+ you were given a key and a code to enter the flat, very efficient + the rooms are comfortable and clean + very supportive host and friendly cleaning mate + walking distance to downtown 15 - 20 minutes

- some neighbours you can hear quite well, you need to make yourself noticeable

There were no glasses for water or wine nor bottle opener…

The apartment is really clean and equipped. The location is really good, easy access to the bus stop and many restaurants with excellent food.

On our stay there was renovation work downstairs in our building.

Verry narrow shower, for big man like me it was hard to enter.

The suitable location of this apartment offers a 15 minute walk to the city centre, and a 15 minute drive to Poetto beach. There are all the amenities you need, to include a fridge and some umbrellas for the beach! The immediate area is a quiet one with a cluster of shops and cafes in the vicinity. The owner communicated with us well on arrival and gave clear instructions on how to access the property (no reception etc as this is not a hotel, more an air bnb)

The parking directly outside the apartment is 1 euro per hour (first hour is €0.50), and gets very busy. We were charged for a linen and towel change, however this did come with a cleaning service (€15 total).

A very pleasant and comfortable place. Located in the city center next to a supermarket, necessary shops, many restaurants, a 10-minute walk to the city's central shopping streets and main attractions. It is also very convenient to get to Poetto beach (about 20 minutes by bus), the stop is a 3-minute walk. A very attentive and helpful owner, offering the necessary assistance for those who are new to the city. The free umbrella for the beach was very helpful. The room has everything you need, it is clean and comfortable. I am very pleased with my stay here.

Amazing location, very close to the sea, the city center and all the big attractions. A very nice host, helped us all our stay and asked if everything was fine. The apartments themselves have everything you need on the level of a 5-star hotel.

Beautiful place ... it has a unique feel and the facilities are wonderful and location in the city center. The apartment is lovely, great City area and parking space, equipped with everything you need :) Super friendly owner ! Hugely relaxing for a couple days with nothing to do except sunbathe, wander and enjoy good food and wine.

Nothing special, just a small selection of utensils and most importantly in Italy a wine corkscrew :)
