Reviews of Iris Guest House

The room was so comfortable that we don’t want to leave. The staff were very kind and understanding ( really sorry for the mess with the watermelon 🤗) everyday they changed the sheets and the towels, they clean and mop the floors! When we arrived they allowed us to leave our luggage until it was time to check in and when the room was ready they write to us to come and check in ( and it was before the check-in time) I am very grateful that they are so supportive and kind! Thank you Zhang TianYi for everything! The next time when we decide to come back to Rome we will comeback to you! The location is perfect, extremely near to the Termini Station and the monuments! One more time I want to thank you and wish you all the best ❤️!

Because it's close to the station, it feels a bit unsafe especially during the night.

Great location. Super convenient as it's right next to the train station. Also, communication with the owner was a breeze and they are super accomodating.

Hosts were very kind and helpful. AC was in working condition which made our sleep very comfortable enduring the hot weather. Highly recommend the place. Perfect value for the money.

Quiet and clean.

It had working air conditioner that during summer was amazing. The bedsheets were clean and also the bathroom. It also had an small washing machine and if you are getting to Rome by termini station is supper close and many buses pass by. Even so Infront of Terminó station is kind of sketchy the hostel is in a cool area and you can get a lot of souvenirs near by :) Communication was great

There are many restaurants around but they are not very good some bakeries around are tho.

Transportation was very easy, Zhang TianYi was very kind and attentive. The room was just like in the photos. It took no more than 30 minutes to reach historical landmarks on foot, and the metro station and bus stops were only a 4–5 minute walk away.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located wasn’t very nice, and the rooms were quite small.

The kind hostess checked us in much earlier than check-in, she was kind to us for a couple of days this was the best option, everything is very close

The hostess was amazing and very accommodating, especially with our late arrival. The property is very close to the railway station and the bus station to the airport. The property was OK in general but it is just a room with the bathroom in the flat in the typical multi story house in Rome. So, expect to see the dirty stairs with the rubbish bins inside the building and very noisy neighbourhood.

There was mould in the bathroom and the sink drain was clogged.

Extremely convenient location to Roma Termini (less than two blocks), flexibility of check-in and check-out, friendliness of the staff, every-two-days change of towels and beddings, general cleanness

The shower head with heavily built up fungi, too few hooks for hanging clothes, necessary addition of rolling storage drawers inside a small space
