We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBeing move to sister hotel which had basic poor facilities. Shower head with no cubicle next to toilet. TV in room but no remote. Lot of noise around and did not feel safe in room. Reception locked at 7am when trying to return room key. Had to go back and leave it in room.
The young lady at reception was very nice and apologetic for me being located to a sister hotel and even offered me a complimentary beer.

PhilippinesIt's a little bit far from the city center, but there is a train station and a bus stop within 10 minutes of walking.
It could just be the timing but the price I paid was lower than any hotel/hostels I stayed in Italy. And I booked just 1 week before my trip. I booked for a single bedroom, I got a double bedroom when I checked-in. They even allowed me to check-in from 8am.

United KingdomIt is impossible to take that taxi from the hotel. You cant rely on any taxi companies if you need to go the airport early in the morning. It is kind of a challenge to requrst the taxi from Torre Pedrara location. That would be great if the hotel renew furniture in the hotel.
Although the hotel has two stars only, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable holiday. Our room had a balcony, air conditioning, overlooking the road and other hotels. Although the hotel is very simple, but the hotel staff did everything to make the holiday as excellent as possible. Absolutely all the hotel staff were kind, helpful, very positive and incredible people. They did everything to make our stay in the hotel as comfortable as possible. I would love to thank all of them for being such amazing people who took care of us
