Everything! All clean, coffee machine in room! The kitchen was common but it was very clean and modern all! close to the Vatican, Shops, restaurants, coffee shops close! Neighbors so friendly! We definitely we ll be back soon! We communicate easily with Patrick! Thank youuu for everything!

I really liked the location of the property, and the price was very good. The room was clean, warm, and secure. One thing I didn’t like was that the room wasn’t ready exactly at check-in time; it was delayed by about an hour. However, it was still a great place overall.

Everything was perfect. The room was very clean and new. Location very close to the centre but still quiet and very safe. Check-in and check out is very smooth, we even had the option to leave the bags after checking out. Highly recommended!

The bathroom door lever needed fixing, and the towel hangers broke during our stay (because the screw that was keeping it fixed was too small), but these things are expected to happen in room that is constantly being used, so there was no big deal.

The location of the building (Prati neighborhood) is nice, quiet, and safe. The building itself has a nice inside courtyard with various plants and palms. The apartment and the room were great and our host gave us clear instructions on how to find it (and open the doors using Wi-fi and everything). I also appreciate that there was a small coffee machine in the room and they also gave us some pods for it. The price was also fair enough, and I am happy I chose this apartment even though I was initially looking for an accommodation that also offers breakfast (there are plenty breakfast options at every corner with various prices).

There are no cutlery or pans in the common kitchen. All apliances are new and working (stove, oven, refrigirator) but there are no pans in case you would like to boil an egg for breakfast.

Really nice place to stay! Central and quiet location, extremely clean, renovated rooms (entire first floor of the building). Only 5 minutes walk to Piazza del Popolo and 15 minutes walk to Vatican.

The place was amazing! Starting with a very comfortable size of the room, moving to a cute small sauna, very comfortable big bathroom and a cute window with the street view. The host was very accommodating and responsive.

location is ideal in a very nice and safe neighborhood close to Metro stations and Rome center which makes it rather convinient. The room is modern new and spacious and well equiped with all amenities. Cleaning is done daily. Check in / check out completed firmly and with great assistance by Valerio. I would definately recommend it for its cleaness, location and room facilities in whole. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely nothing!

It was stylish modern and comfortable room in a beautiful old building with lovely views of the palm trees in the court yard. It also felt safe as 3 keys were needed to get into the actual room :) Tv with Netflix etc on and good temperature and water pressure in the shower. The host was readily available to speak to when needed and was really helpful. We were able to leave our bags prior to check in and also after check out which gave us extra exploring time! If you enjoy walking we would totally recommend this stay to anyone visiting Rome. Only a short 25 mins walk to most of the main attractions and around 35 to colosseum too! We had the best time!!

Window noise isolation is mediocre, but it did not matter since the location was quiet.

L'isola che non c'è is a really nice place to stay in Rome. - Check in was smooth - The location is incredible because it's at walking distance from the city center so you don't really need to take public transportation unless you need to go further. - Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are literally downstairs or a few minutes walk from the room. - The room was beautiful with a luxurious feel. I liked the quietness and loved how clean the place was. The a/c is amazing in the hot Roman summer weather. We also really appreciated the complimentary water in the fridge. - The coach that takes you directly to Fiumicino airport is just a 10 minutes walk away which made us love l'isola che non c'è even more I really do recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in Rome.

The property is close to everything and very welcoming . It was clean and modern inside the building is old but very well maintained and so clean its close to the river and you can find all types of shops. The host is very helpful and nice. The room is cleaned everyday and towels are changed. Would recommend this place cause its in the middle of all attractions especially from piazza del popolo surrounded by restaurants!

Fantastic stay, I would definitely stay here again. The property has a super convenient location - 10 minutes to Piazza del Popolo and 10 minutes to Vatican City on the other side. Also, since the property is on the other side of the river, the area is slightly less touristy but at hand's distance has everything you would need - there is supermarket and minimarket around, best ice cream place called "La Romana", great cafes and restaurants, also the property is on the street where you can find great brand stores (such as Max Mara, Falconeri, etc). Super tidy, and the host Valerio was very welcoming! You can leave your luggage before check in/after check out. Thank you!

Great location, brand new lovely stylish place with fantastic AC. Check in and check out was so easy and Valerio was so helpful. Located in a gorgeous palazzo in prati, moments from the Tevere and Piazza Del Popolo
