Communal kitchen area would be an added advantage or to have access to some crockery and cutlery. Too many light switches! My room had access to an outside area, not sure if the other rooms could access it.

The room was a good size, modern, fresh. Lighting was very good, in fact too many lights and switches, got a bit confusing but I'd rather have too much than not enough! Fridge in the room for storing basics. Good powerful hairdryer in the bathroom. Nice bathroom with powerful shower. Coffee machine with some muffins also provided. Fresh water left in the fridge each day. Plenty of shops, bars restaurants nearby. The area felt safe. Bus stop straight outside. Buses are really cheap, download the app to make it simpler. €12 for a weeks pass. Train €1.30 from the airport and 10 mins to the main station. This apartment is in the city area, about 20 mins to the main beach by bus.

Had a late flight and Paula was very helpful arranging an airport transfer (that was reasonably priced) and in providing all the self check in details

We really enjoyed staying here. It was in a wonderful location--very close to a vibrant and fun neighborhood. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the patio space as well. The contact that we dealt with was exceptional--very friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property! It was elegant, comfortable, clean and the host was brilliant at communication and a truly good man.

Boutique hotel with a handful of rooms that had all the formality of a hotel, but the additional homely feel of an AirBNB. Lovely to have access to a terrace and kitchen - coffee and cakes.

Very well located spacious room full of natural light with a beautiful balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely host who gave us a good recommendation for a restaurant we enjoyed a lot. He was very prompt in answering and tried to accommodate our requests. Pity we got to stay there only one night!

The room at the front is noisy. Booking speaks about airport shuttle and breakfast but the airport shuttle is an expensive taxi and breakfast is not provided. There is only free coffee and a few biscuits. The rooms are good and the host is helpful but isn’t luxurious as they insinuate.

The room was spacious and neat. The location is ideal for exploring the center. Bus to the beach is nearby.

The hotel was situated in a great location near to local amenities, public transport, shopping and major attractions. Good continental breakfast included with the stay and a warm welcoming host at hand to answer any questions despite us not being able to communicate in Italian.

Rooms are very spacious and very clean. The property is near the city center, supermarket is just a few meters close. The owner is very polite and hospitable, and the breakfast is classic italian: toast, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, croissants, fruit and coffee. It is very fresh!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was really big, modern and bright. The lights made the room very cosy. We could use the terrace by entering directly from our room. The hosts were really sweet and nice.

i was put in another apartment from the one i had booked ... and i had booked this particularly to be with my colleague Jette Steen KNudsen. I realize that this was done to try to improve my family visit but (i) i was surprised to be advised of this as i landed in Cagliari (ii) and in any case i was put in yet another (and very good) apartment when my family arrived.
