Some things looked a bit worn, but that didnt really matter to us. The rooms are sprayed with what im guessing to be a whole can of perfume, so for someone sensitive to smell or with allergies, it might be a good idea to let them know some days in advance if they should air it out. The staff were very helpfull and tried to find another room for us, but all the rooms were sprayed with perfume so in stead we ended up having to sleep with the balcony door open all night during the first two nights, which can get quite cold even though it was summer. The staff however helped with lots of covers to make sure we were warm. The bed itself was fine but the pillows in the bed were extremely hard and uncomfortable, and we didnt get a full night of sleep any of the 3 nights we stayed. The free mountain bikes had broken or warn out brakes, so biking with just a small decline was super dangerous and we ended up having to push he bikes half of the time because they simply couldn't brake. One of the bikes had no brakes left at all. They do however rent out electrical mountain bikes.

The location is beautiful, placed in the middle of the skii hill with a lift in both directions (up and down - but only open in the winter). The skii area looks quite small, but probably great for kids and there are other big skii areas around. The rooms with balconies are overlooking the mountains and has the warm afternoon sun on them. The room was very clean and staff was extremely friendly and helpful even though we might not have been the easiest of guests. Wifi was also good. The aircondition works well and keeps the room at a comfortable temperature. The breakfast buffet was great. And much better than the evening buffet, which was not really worth it. A great place for kids. With a cinema and an indoor play area with lots of different things to play with. Also they have two alpakas in the yard. The indoor swimmingpool is heated and great for kids and babies and there is also a small hot tub and a sauna.

I would change a little bit the concept of the buffet dinner ( including drinks, with a little bit higher price) but still it was nice and we enjoyed it.

A very comfortable hotel in an absolutely unique, beautiful location with a very kind staff. It is adults friendly, children friendly and dogs friendly. Everyone can feel welcome here.

We spent only one night but it was enough to appreciate the Savoia Resort. Both location and view are absolutely stunning. Mr Giordano with the whole staff were very friendly, kind and helpful 😁 The room was spacious, clean and quiet. WiFi was very fast and worked perfectly. The restaurant offers an interesting menu Breakfast was good with a rich choice in both savoury and sweet food The wellness centre offers a nice Swimming pool, a Sauna and a Steam Bath and a Gym, as well. Last but not least: a great appreciation for Mrs Anna Maria who runs the Beauty Centre. We had a full massage which brought us back to life after a tough day in the mountains. Thank you 🤩!! We had a great time !!

The hotel is probably buzzing with people during the skiing season. We visited in the middle of the summer and it was perfect for a calm couple days in the mountains. Nice and helpful staff, beautiful views, hike and bike routes, spa, pool and good food. We enjoyed it all! Highly recommended.

We loved the drive to the Savoia, and its location right on the Jefferau slopes was perfect for us. Having use of the pool, sauna, and steam was lovely. The breakfast was exceptional every morning, and we treated ourselves to the five-star gourmet dinner which was beyond amazing!

Absolutely amazing. Great staff, location, Christmas atmosphere, home feeling. Very good breakfast, lot of variety. Nothing spoiled our stay at Savoia except for ski lift not functional but it was due to the period being the very beginning of winter season.

The location is a little unfriendly to reach, especially during the winter due to the weather temperature.

The resort has some special events during the day, for example the apericena with Italian focaccia and Italian bruschette at 18.30, for free. Has another a great breakfast and a wellness spa center included in the cost. The room is very comfortable and the see sight from the window is unbelievable. In you want to ski, there is sky school and also Fregiusa slope.

-most personnel was new and had no idea what is going on, plus they didn;t know english - we were informed 20h before arrival that in order to get to the hotel we can take the cable car (that was closed for a few weeks actually) or taxi that has to be booked 4 days in advance. they didn;t sent any car to take us from station even if they have one. - We were not informed cable car in not working and actually we cannot ski there...we have to go in Bardonecchia in order to ski and we had to pay 100euro/day to get to bardonecchia and back to hotel. - last day in resort it got very crowded (due to xmass holidays probably ) and personnel in restaurant could not manage. you could not find a clean table. it took them 1h to clean 4 tables.

Would be great if there was a small menu of bar food available all the time. They have 2 great pizza ovens which could easily make lovely thin crust Italian pizza. This would allow us extra flexibility of when we eat.
