Great location, very nice and updated facilities with lots of amenities and equipped kitchen. Very quiet even if on a busy street due to soundproof windows. Also loved access to the roof terrace! The host was very helpful and responsive.

Bright, spacious and airy room. Luca and Maria were welcoming and kind hosts. The location was excellent and the roof terrace was a great spot to relax. Would happily stay there again and have no hesitation recommending this place.

Downside of central location is that it was noisy. It would be a plus to have some basic foodstuffs available e.g. tea, milk etc.

Everything was fine.

We stayed for one night on the way to a seaside vacation. The apartment is located in the centre of Cagliari and allowed us to discover the beautiful city during our short stay. The beds were very comfortable and we felt relaxed the next morning. The check-in and check-out procedure was simple and efficient.

Luca is a fine host and understands the hospitality business. he has taken care of all the comforts needed for a nice stay.

the apartment was comfortable and the location was very central. Luca was very friendly and informative. some people complained about it being up a steep hill....we did not feel that way- the city is hilly and there are other streets that are much steeper. there is some street noise at night, not much really, but the windows are good and block out it out. we enjoyed the balconies and people watched from above while we enjoyed a drink and snack.

This was a really lovely find. the room was very large with a sofa to relax during the day. it was in the main part of the old town but quiet and Luca went out of his way to give us (great) recommendations of places to see and restaurants etc.

Very nicely restored historical building with high ceilings and lots of character. Spotless clean. Central location for sightseeing with many restaurants to choose from nearby. Nice breakfast in a charming café next door. Cozy rooftop terrace with tables for eating outside if one brings takeaway food (or cooks if renting an apartment there). Very friendly and accommodating hostess.

Loved it all, but do not deadlock your door when you leave - just close! My friends made that mistake & it took a circular saw to get back in! Hosts very accommodating but suggest warning guests of this!

We rented two apartments here and I could not say enough great things about how lovely, large, well equipped and well located this place was. Thank you Luca & Maria. Highly recommend this for your visit - SO much space!

If you have more luggage (e.g. with children) it is a bit tricky to get your stuff from and to the car, since there is no direct accessible street to the building (it's in a pedestrian area of the town), but the closest street to unload your car is not too far.

Nice little hotel in perfect city center location. Great roof terrace for all guests. Very friendly staff.
