The quiet location was not easy to find; however, there were some hints from previous reviews. The staff (Kosmo) was nice and had good communication. Walking into the accommodation, a beautiful staircase. The room was comfortable, it came with free Netflix, a coffee machine, a kettle and a small refrigerator for basic use. Staying there longer, you will find the accommodation close to many lovely places, restaurants, supermarkets, and transportation. My children's local favourite ice-cream shop is located very close by; we went there every day. Air-conditioning thumbs up for this hot summer weather.

The shower water temperature is hard to control. This is really a drawback! Hopefully, it will be fixed up on my next visit.

Truly i was disappointed with the room,it was messy, there was no toilet paper, no soap for the hands, the lights in one room is not working,the property from the outside doesn’t look like the picture,the balcony is dirty,the bedsheets,the thinks in front of the beds was so disgusting and the fridge as well,the hot water was only for 2 minutes and not continuously!overall im not satisfied at all with it and especially for its price compared to the quality!

It was fairly spacious.

The water sucks. No pressure, the temperature is insanely cold and then incredibly hot. It burned my leg before I could get it adjusted again. Then it goes cold. Not really enough room to turn around or wash your feet. We stayed two nights and the first night the power kept going out. It ended up being out from midnight to 6am.

The flat does not have a hot shower. The hostel has no intention of fixing it. He also slowly adjusted the water pressure. For a few days, our kids were in a really cold shower. The bathroom's water pipes are the source of an extremely unpleasant stench. Stay away from this awful hostel, please.

Terrasse was nice.

The apartment is overrated. It's heavily lacks maintenance. Bathroom door frame was falling off, in some parts dampness the walls, ,there was a kitchen but nothing to wash dishes with neither garbage bin. My phone is bigger then TV s installed there. Whoever is renting it really need to step up the game since place is really disappointing. Hist was kind but he lives in the office next to our appartement it was just awkward.

Shower was falling apart. Not enough cutlery and plates for 5 people. Couldn’t get in the building for 30 minutes and was stood outside in 34 degree heat waiting for responses. Top of big shower head was filth, would have been a good idea to clean this properly since it was hanging off and we had to try and fix it ourselves.

Great location out of busy area but easily accessible.

No cleaner towels throughout duration, no clean cups or anywhere to wash them. Staff would only accept cash payment and had to wait around to pay/handover. Was good location which redeemed our stay.

Couldn't figure out how to properly get hot water in the shower, the AC wasn't working properly

Room cleanliness really scrufy. Asked for correction,sent photos to owner,maid came next day and clean appartment one more time but not what things we wanted for. Things on the photos remaines after cleaning the same. We didnt have the mood to deal with it one more time so I took vac and do it by myself. Dont recommend for family with children. Water pressure was unstable and low,hot water also. The carpet should have been in the trash a long time ago sorry. The walls had significant signs of use-needed to be repainted. Refrigetator was rusty etc etc….. All appartments are upstairs FYI. Real rating is 5-6 out of 10 according my travels over the Europe past years.

Kitchen was not equipped enough. Not enough bedding for every person and very humid.

the accommodation is very nice, clean. You have everything you need and there is everything written in the description. it is easy to find, the subway is 5 minutes away, and there are bus lines 2 minutes from the accommodation. There is also an excellent small bakery and a mini market 2 minutes away. the beds are very comfortable, everything is very clean, the girls who work there are very pleasant. bed linen is changed every 3 days and you also get new towels and soaps for free. all recommendations :)

Property was clean and neat. Bus stop was close

There was no personal connect with the host. Only a key was left at the time of arrival. The approach area was very bad. There was extremely hot water for only 5 mins for bath. We had to keep the water running for atleast 10 - 15 mins just to get the 5 mins of HOT water. Ac was not working properly. The kettle was not clean. No proper mugs for tea / coffee. The main reason that we took the property was the open air porche but the door was jammed and did not open. Only on the last day we managed to meet the caretaker but she did not understand english and was difficult to communicate. They property would only keep messaging for money.

The apartment is amazing we recomend it. The girls who cleaned the room was really friendly and always ready to help us.

One air conditioner was only ventilating... They would have some cuttelary available for customers. The washing machine in the bathroom doesn't work, it's not announced, but it suggests that it's a facility for customers.

The customer service was awful , there weren't anyone to communicate with and also they kept adding more money for supposedly tax (3 times) and if i had the chance to reserve another place i would have , i do not recommend here and It's not worth the money at all

good and clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable bed, hot shower really nice, good residential surroundings, easy to find using the address provided, coffee machine available , bed is very comfortable, it has a large balcony, good to sit out and drink coffee in the morning, residential area, safe surroundings.

totally remotely managed, no staff seen in the property, host cant speak English, so mostly discussion on whats app, i was supposed to pay city tax, but as no staff were around, i forgot to pay, and the manager thought that i did that intentionally, that didnt go well very difficult to get taxi to the center locations, if you know the routes of bus and tram, the day pass will help, as i didn't study the routes i was hoping taxi/uber will help but i had to stand for 30 minutes without taxi during the morning and finally decided to walk/run to colosseum as we had booked a guided tour at 10 AM.

Laundry dont work . Very hard to find this property. Owner does not want to help with this. Instruction was not clear enough. Also I paid everything through booking.com , but he tried to double charge me and pay into him own PayPal

The bed was really comfortable. The terrace was very enjoyable and it was very clean
