Rooms are too small. Even the showers you can't move. They are too small. Breakfast is not so special only bread 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese per person & some ready made sweets.

The location is good. The staff was very nice.

No parking. Uncomfortable bed. Insufficient body soap/shampoo. Breakfast was not breakfast- The cakes were from a cheap store and was being cleaned up 25 minutes early. Juice, eggs, cheese, meat & fruit were already taken away and there was only 1 croissant on the table.

Too cramp shower place

Love the location, it is the best spot for sunrise, especially during the time we went. The location is very near scenic spots and the staff are amazing!! Only thing is the shower space is a little small

The AC unit didn’t work well - the room didn’t cool down well. We realized late we needed to make sure the bathroom door was closed at night. The bathroom was basic and felt clean however there seemed to be mold in the shower and in the ceiling. It didn’t feel like proper ventilation in the bathroom which would fix all those issues.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The location was very close to public transit and beach access. Super close to local grocery and pharmacy which is a plus.

Only faults I would make is there is no iron, no kettle in your room for a tea/coffee, we had breakfast included which we didn’t have as wasn’t to our choices.

The most perfect location to stay, right on the beach, so close to the cable car to take you to the centre. Everything you need is nearby the view was unbelievable. Very basic hotel but just what you need, staff were also so helpful and very friendly.

The tourist tax was 3 Euros per person per night here, elsewhere on Sicily we only paid 2 Euros per person per night. Taormina was a total rip off though and would not go back to the resort.

The hotel needs an upgrade and rooms need to be updated. The shower did not have anywhere to put my shampoo and other bathing essentials so I had to put those on the floor of the shower.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a taxi into town for our first day. But the room was very old, old furniture, old decor, bed was not comfortable at all, and the bathroom was very narrow and had mold on the ceiling. However, the view outside of the balcony pretty much made up for the fact that the room was not that comfortable. The view was absolutely amazing from our balcony. The location is fine if you are going to the beach, as we walked to Isola Bella from there. Crossing the street can be dangerous there, though, so be careful. However, to get to the main part of Taormina, you really have to take a taxi, expensive Uber, or the cable car. We did taxi the evening we got in (because it was raining and dark) and the cable car the next morning (a fun experience).

The shower head kept slipping from the metal hold so it was kind of uncomfortable to shower, specially when washing the hair. Also, a shelf there to put toiletries wouldn’t be bad!

The bed was very uncomfortable and the room is noisy at night, you can hear all the other guests. The shower is also tiny. We booked this hotel because it had parking. Then we found out it is a public carpark nearby that charges 20 euro per day. When we exited the carpark they charged us even more because we didn’t leave by 10am even though they never mentioned it to us. We ended up paying for 50 hours of parking but only stayed for 36 hours. They also don’t take card, it felt like a big scam. Also be aware you will need to pay for the cable car to get up to the town.

Double bed, was two singles strung together which moved around easily, made for not the most comfortable night sleep

Location was absolutely ideal, right by the furnicular View was spectacular, incredible view over the bay All staff members we were served by were really friendly and helpful. Room was decent. . Everything in working order.

The shower pipes had a sewerage smell coming up from it. It would have been good to have been offered a bread roll and spreads at least in a take away bag on the morning we were checking out as we were having to check out before the breakfast buffet opened as it is part of what we pay for.

The location is fabulous and just 70m approx to the funicular which is great to use. The balcony was large and had a wonderful view
