The aircon in my room was weak so the room got a bit too warm. In July and August it will be sweaty. Breakfast was just ok.

Great location, wonderful, service minded staff and an amazing pool overlooking the beach. Good value for money.

I didn't like the lack of toilet roll.... hate to hunt in other toilets 🤷‍♀️.. it didn't spoil my holiday.. we actually laughed about..

Hotel Joseph was situated nicely for Marine Di Pietrasanta... pleasant 5 min walk. Took me 45 minutes to slow walk to Lido... which was worth every step.. Very modern room in there 2nd building

Staff are super helpful. I speak very limited Italian and this wasn’t a problem! The pool is great. And very relaxing. Hotel is literally opposite the beach and within 5 mins walk of the free beach too. Bus stops outside the hotel which take you into Viareggio town.

Nothing to complain about

Good location, 15 minutes walk from the center of Pietrasanta, where there are lots of places to eat and treat yourself with ice w. nice and clean rooms, very friendly staff, starting from reception, breakfast, and cleaning staff. The swimming pool is very convenient, there are always spaces. Breakfast is good. We were BB, so I cannot comment on restaurant.

It was a shame breakfast didn't offer more choice of freshly cooked eggs, fried, poached or freshly boiled. The roof top terrace was great but didn't have the bar open, had to get your own drinks from the ground floor bar.

Good selection at breakfast, great fresh coffee. Perfect location on the sea front with exceptional views from the roof top terrace. Very friendly, helpful staff.

The one downside of the room was that there were ants in the bathroom and other parts of the room. Not an overwhelming amount, but enough to where I didn't want to leave my bags on the floor. We only stayed one night, so it worked out ok.

I loved this hotel! I would love to come back and stay. The room was huge and the bed was comfy. I loved sitting on the balcony and having a beer with my partner. It was right across the street from the beach and walkable from all the bars and restaurants.

Well maintained hotel next to the sandy beach, own access to the sea. Rooftop swimming pool with nice sea view. Clean and modern rooms, excellent dinner, more than complete breakfast including ham and cheese. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is separated in two buildings, main one where the swimming pool was and the other one next to it. We got a room on the other building and our balcony was looking on the back where the emergency staircase was. Not very nice view. We never went to the swimming pool as its was a bit crowded and we reserved seats at the beach for €40 a day. We asked to eat diner at the restaurant and they told us you have to book a day before. The most unusual thing I’ve seen in that place that restaurants were empty and if you want to have a table most of them had to book in advance. The hotel was ok but there was not any holiday atmosphere, any music, party or anything going on at the hotel and even in the area around. Not worth the money we paid, nothing compared to Spain, Greece, Turkey or Albania where I’ve been before. This place is designed for old people.

we had 2 rooms, One was great, rhe other one for 3 people had very thiny bathroom. Sitting on a toilett means, having legs in shower.

Breakfast was hit and miss. Avoid the eggs! Generally the food was good but did get repetitive. Serving staff were lovely.

This is a lovely 3 star hotel in Marina di Pietrasanta. Location was excellent across from the beach. Excellent views from the terrace and the pool. Rooms were a decent size and had everything in them. Comfortable beds. We’d a Mountain View room, which while you couldn’t see the sea, it was an impressive view. Excellent serving and cleaning staff.

Honestly the breakfast is very disappointing. First, the quality of the food; second the staff quality is pretty poor; and third the fact that while the breakfast was still open they would start closing and not refilling things. Those are three items extremely disappointing.-

The pool was not open.

Its proximity to the beach. It was extremely clean. Room was well appointed. Liked having a balcony. The bed was comfortable and the linens new and fresh.

Toilet in the bathroom has been installed in the space and in the direction making it almost unusable. Hotel offerred bicycles only for a fee.

Comfortable location with a sea view from balcony. Rooms oriented to the backyard were sufficiently quiet. Pool on the terrace of the main building was an added value. Also possibility to reserve beach services (for 6 person for an attractive price) directly at the reception was comfortable, though respective beach was some 500 m far. Breakfast was not extraordinary but sufficient. Personal was net and helpful. Free parking in the hotel area was perfect.

Breakfast was till 10am and a few times at 9.30 there was little left, no one asks would you like tea or coffee you have to go and ask staff fir it. And if you need a taxi Don't ask reception to call one for you as the taxi they call is a complete rip-off.

In our room, there was a noise of a mechanical motor that was running all night , and we couldn't sleep. My room was on 1st floor.

Air conditioning didnt work. We reported it to reception staff with no result. In an attempt to keep cooler we opened the balcony door, but the outside road was very noisy. Bad night sleep each night
