Pia who preoared the breakfasts was great. Room was super clean with lovely bathroom, strong WiFi, safe, minibar and TV with dull streaming access.

The property has an excellent location — very easy to reach from the airport and right in the city center, with public transport just around the corner. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Pia and Massimo for their warm hospitality and support — they truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Palermo!

We pretty much liked everything about the place and people here.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming B&B in Palermo! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The hospitality we received was exceptional, and it made our 5-night stay incredibly enjoyable. A special thanks to Pia, who made each morning memorable with her fantastic breakfasts and warm, kind-hearted presence. She is such a lovely person and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Not only is her English excellent, but she was always happy to chat and check in on how we were doing. We especially appreciated how she started breakfast early for us on a couple of mornings when we had to leave early — such a thoughtful gesture! The host was also very accommodating, promptly answering all our questions and providing a detailed list of must-see places and recommended restaurants around Palermo. This was incredibly helpful and made exploring the city even more enjoyable. The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and overall the atmosphere felt very welcoming and relaxed. We had an awesome time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Comfortable beds, beautiful rooms and very friendly personnel. Top breakfast. Very central so you can explore Palermo from there on foot. Why pay for an average hotel when you can stay here?

Room was a little on the small side. On our stay, there was another group staying in the next rooms who talked very loudly and made a lot of noise at night and early in the morning.

Breakfast was great. It was served by Georgia who was charming.

Very good location. Walking distance to all main sights. Nice and quiet at night. Nice breakfast (not just sweets), excellent cappucino! Very dear and helpful hosts! Both Vicenzo and young lady that serves breakfast.

I like it so much, hotel was in center, near the shuttle bus stop to/from Airport Palermo. Hotel itself was super comfortable. There was a empty room when we arrive sonwe can check in a few hours before. They welcomed us with welcome drink prosecco and cups of coffee and sweets. Hotel was very clean, all the necessary things that we need exist in the room. They explains us all the touristic and necessary places of Palermo to visit, their local foods and markets. So lovely people! I hope I will come back again one day!

A little thing for us, but it might be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. There are several steps into the property, and I couldn't see an alternative way to we get in this was prior to access to lifts.

The rooms were clean and bright. The staff there were fantastic. A special shout out to Georgia, who was very welcoming and helpful. The property was very well situated, most of our sightseeing was done on foot.

The facade of the building is being reconstructed and there was some noise in the morning, but Vincenzo called the construction company not to start soon in the morning and the workers tried not to make noise. We were also compensated for this discomfort.

The whole place was really nice, the staff was very caring, everyone tried to make us feel comfortable. There was everything in the room that we could need- even a coffee machine and we found new bottles of water in the fridge. We also got a welcome present, a small bottle of wine and a very nice coffee. Breakfast was also amazing, the lady prepared everything that we wanted.

There's one drawback that, unfortunately, the hotel can't control, but I should mention it. The building's facade is under renovation, so the balcony is partially obstructed. However, they informed us about this right away. Thanks!

A cozy boutique hotel with an excellent location, right next to the Politeama Theatre! The small, comfortable room had everything we needed, including a stylish bathroom. The room came with slippers, towels, shower gel, soap, as well as a coffee machine, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, water, and the nicest touch — champagne! I want to give a special thanks to Georgia for her care and assistance. She had a map prepared with all the local attractions and gave us great recommendations on where to eat. Georgia was a delight to talk to! Before our arrival, I mentioned that it was my mom’s birthday, and they made her feel special with a lovely coffee and champagne gift. Thank you for such wonderful service! We’ll definitely be recommending your hotel!
