The location is only good if you own a car, or are prepared to come and go by taxi every day. In my case I had business on the MIND campus close by, which was in walking distance according to google maps... However, this campus is fenced in completely and only accessible in the far west, so walking was actually not possible. Thereby I had to commute to the nearest train station with rentable LIME escooters. And it seems that I was not alone in doing so, judged by the amount of escooters parked around the hotel. I know this is not the hotels fault, but I just want to warn other people that do not come by car. What I do think the hotel could improve is that I indicated daily that I do not need room clean up but they came anyways. For a hotel that prides itself on being climate friendly (even in the name) that was quite confusing. And a little suggestion from me to the hotel: it would be nice to provide guests with the opportunity to get bikes or escooters to actually encourage guests to not come and go by car.

The hotel has great facilities, I really liked my room which was spacious and very clean. I booked a single bed room and they provided me with a double-bed room, which I really appreciate.

the location of the hotel is far from public transport lines, low number of taxis around with high prices. There is a run-down neighborhood nearby with lot of strange individuals (a place where you won’t go during the day …nor at night) with lot of trash everywhere.

Lack of sockets in the room for 3 people. The bedside table was only on one side of the bed. The city center is really out of hand, but we knew this before booking, so I really can't blame anyone for that.

Equipment and cleanliness of the room was good. Really enjoyed king-size shower! The staff offered us underground parking in the garage and also open-sky parking for lower price. Even though the hotel neighbours with the highway, it was completely quiet in the room.

Quite modest breakfast. Stayed here last year and breakfast was exactly the same this year as well.

As usual Klima Hotel is a overnight solution when passing through Italy by car. Safe parking, easy highway access, clean and nice rooms with nice bathrooms. No noise from highway! Good sleep.

Staff behavior is weird and not really friendly in all the points at the hotel: reception, bar, restaurant. We ate dinner twice in the hotel restaurant and the staff there seems to be untrained and not paying attention to customer. The food at dinner is expensive but not best quality; dirty berries and a small sharp piece of plastic is what I found in my fruit dessert. Breakfast is okayish.

The location is horrible, there is nothing except a lidl nearby that the staff seem to not know about or not mention. It takes 50 minutes to reach the Duomo using public transport.

If coming by car, it is the perfect spot.

The area that the hotel is in appears to be quite industrial and close to the motorway. It is surprisingly quiet though. If you are visiting Milan as a tourist you are about 20-30 minutes by taxi to the Centre of Milan .

The Klimt Hotel is a fabulous hotel with good sized rooms and bathroom. The restaurant offers good options for breakfast and dinner and the quality of the food was great. The staff were very friendly and obliging.

The hotel does not have a good connection to public transport. The nearest bus stop was 10min walk And the nearest underground station was a 45 min walk.

The room is not suitable for a 4 star hotel, at least the one that I was in,the bathroom is in a really bad condition, it is very moldy in the shower cabin, and it is leaking heavily because the doors can't close properly. There are hols in the room wall that are not fixed properly.

The only downside was that for the breakfast, even if you had it included, you have to pay extra for fried eggs or fresh juice. This is a bit of a letdown

In reception there were two young men, one was very nice and polite with the smile on his face and very helpful, but another one who mostly worked mornings was very impolite, annoyed and seemed always was in a bad mood. I do not think people like him should be on hotels reception. We were very disappointed with his attendance. Even though at the end he apologized, but the damage was done.

We stayed 2 nights on business. If you do not have a car, the location is quite away from everything, no restaurants around, only in other hotels which were quite costly, taxi to the center is not cheap as well. Breakfast was very good, big variety of food, good coffee. The bar in hotel is very expensive, I understand that it is Milan, but the prices were like in Switzerland :((, not like in the rest of Italy.

Consider that the current transportation services in that area are still limited and to move back and forth it may be difficult if you're on your own. I heard that the city is planning to implement a metro to serve the area but it'll take time to have it ready.

The big bed was comfy and the AC during this hot summer was ideal. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was well furnished.
