The property location was a little out the way from the main town of Riva Del Garda and we felt the town itself lacked the same character as other neighbouring towns of Limone and Malcesine.

The staff were so friendly and attentive. All of them made our stay feel very special. The food was also incredible and great value for money for the €40 set menu deal.

Shower was small and the gym is not a really gym and not working well and very old. Don’t expect to train there.

The pool was hot like a jakuzzi. We stayed in the grand suite which happened to be a little bit worn and '90 style. Although the bed was really comfortable, the headboard was full of scratches and seemed very disapointing.

All the staff prooved to be extremely friendly and helpfull all way long, this attitude is really rare in 4star hotels. The panoramic view from the rooftop is stunning, spending the breakfast there is the best possible way of starting your day. Hermes cosmetic products in the bathroom.

We had a room with fantastic view over the mountains and a bit of lake Garda from our balcony. The bathroom was very fresh and the bed was comfortable. It took only a few minutes to walk to the lake. Rooftop terrace was nice with good breakfast options!

There isn't anything we didn't like. The location was a little busier than we expected but it was a pleasant walk along the lakeside or hotel shuttle to the old town area.

The service was excellent, the best I have experienced in a European hotel. I felt all the staff knew who we were and took the time to understand our needs. The food was equally amazing. The hotel is immaculate and very well maintained and managed. A special thank you to Violet.

This was one of my favorite hotel during my recent trip to Italy. The staff, from front desk and maintenance to housekeeping and food and beverage, were professional and friendly. In particular, the housekeeping staff made sure the room was impeccable, Great hotel location recommended. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The location is superb. The food, breakfast and Dinner were excellent, the staff was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. What was a very welcome and (to me at least) unusual feature, was the air-conditioner. This was the first hotel in Europe I have stayed in, where this feature was worth its name.

The gym equipment could have been slightly more up to date with a few more free weights and kettlebells but this probably won’t bother most guests.

A great hotel with very good facilities. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly, and made our trip so much better. The hotel facilities were great, there was lots of choice at breakfast as well. We had dinner in the hotel on 4 nights and each time the menu was different. The food itself was delightful, very tasty and lovely combinations, and the portions were just right. There was entertainment at the roof bar on most nights which set exactly the right tone. Table service was the norm at breakfast and in the evenings with the staff always pleased to help. We used the pool on the roof as well which was good and there were plenty of sun loungers. The hotel itself is well located for central Riva del Garda and only a short walk from restaurants, shops and the lake. Overall a great experience, hopefully we’ll be back

We all had a wonderful holiday at this hotel and resort. The breakfast on the rooftop was great, the staff were amazing! They were attentive and polite and always ensured you had shade from the umbrellas if the sun was too hot. The egg stand was brilliant and the available food - while the same every day - was all of great quality. Plenty of choice for everyone. I loved the snacks provided with the drinks in the evening/happy hour, they were a nice touch. It was a lovely way to finish the day before getting ready for the evening. The setting of the hotel, with Lake views and mountain views on all sides is amazing - many photo opportunities. We had the 4 course meal in the restaurant one night - the food was exceptional! Highly recommend you try it.

The room was tired and could have done with updating furniture. There was no room service which was disappointing however there is a great coop less than 2 mins walk away. The hotel are missing a trick here. They could be making so much more money with room service or food up on the roof top. There was also no iron available.

I liked the free shuttle service to the town (which would be a 20min walk otherwise one way). I like the free entertainment on the roof top and the free bike hire. The staff were friendly.

Liked everything- if I had to nitpick the headboard in the rook was scratched some but that’s pretty minor.

Amazing location, great staff, super good rooftop pool and bar. The Coop which is a huge grocery store is literally right across the street and the pedestrian area of town is about a 7-10 min walk, they also have bikes that are free to use. Room was very nice

Sunbeds not the most comfortable as the back couldn’t be adjusted. No socket for hairdryer in main bedroom area only in bathroom. Swimming pool was too warm and needed to be more refreshing especially as the rooftop terrace got really hot.

Great location. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice. Pleasant rooftop top bar with good quality musicians. Room was spacious with very comfy bed.

One thing I would like to see, and this is just a personal preference, is more green vegetable options with breakfast. Spinach for example, or kale - something with fiber. Fiber is important to many people's diets and it would be helpful to have available with scrambled eggs. Also earlier dinner time (us older people can't eat so late 😉)

I loved everything! I believe I have found my new favorite hotel in Riva! Everything was perfect. The staff is beyond wonderful and so knowledgable and friendly. Every inquiry is met with a clear desire to make it happen.
