You don’t have an air conditioner.

The location is not in the city center but you have a train like 500m away and it costs 1,80€ in one way. You can park the car next to the property and the parking is big so you don’t have trouble if you have a bigger car. The breakfast is good (fruit,yogurt, croissants, jam, pancakes, coffee ..). The owner is really friendly. She let us park the car a few hours more after the check out!

Disappointed that the ceiling fan did not move much air with the hot weather . A portable fan might have been better with it being mosquitoes season. They just loved us when we opened windows.

Excellent breakfast included! Greatly appreciated the made to order cappuccino’s, fresh fruit, juice, eggs, meats, buns and fresh croissants(warm from oven). Was a pleasant surprise. Had large room and private bath.

We loved the quiet courtyard outside our room. The room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated having a fridge. It wasn’t hot so we didn’t miss the air conditioner. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked! Thank you!

The breakfast was acceptable. The room could do with a new facelift, it looked old, it needs a new paint. The bathroom had a moldy/damp smell and the corridor continously smelled of cigarette smoke.

Sarah was very nice and lovely, the location was perfect within easy reach by tram from the centre of Florence.

There were a lot of bugs in the room and it was hard to seal everything up to keep them out, so we ended up getting bitten quite a bit.

Sarah was very friendly, and the room was a good size as was the bathroom. The breakfast was good, and it was easy to come and go, and there was a bus stop near the house which was useful for travelling into the city centre.

Host was great, really really helpful. Beautiful surroundings, lovely terrace garden, and reasonable breakfast too. Ask the host to book you a reliable taxi.

Huge room and bathroom. The breakfast was available every day in the mornings and was a very good way to start the day without having to worry where to get something to eat early. The staff was always super friendly and definitely we will come back next time we're in Florence.

The room equipment is rather basic, but no problem for a night or two.

Lovely staff, friendly and hospitable. The room was very clean. Solid location, close to the city centre. Breakfast OK. Nice shared terrace. We booked a private parking space in the yard, which we found really helpful and for good price. Recommend for 1 or 2 nights for good value/price.

If there was a kettle to use, it would be very comfortable. And we noticed mosquitoes in the room.

This is a family who runs this business. Overall I'm satisfied with the attitude. The photos matched the reality. The room and bathroom were quite spacious for two people. Overall the room was clean, only the small carpet in the bathroom wasn't clean enough. We found the location with difficulty, we took a taxi on the first day to get there from the train station, it cost us approximately 17 euros. You should prepare more for finding the location, use navigator, it was evening and we were tired so for us taxi was the best solution. The heating was working.

I wasn’t anticipating the mosquitoes, but that’s not really a fault of the venue.

Sarah and her family were so friendly and helpful, a really home from home feel about the place. I prefer to stay at quiet locations, away from the noise of a city centre but, just be aware it’s a good twenty minute walk into Florence city centre from this venue. Alternatively there is a tram, close by, which runs frequently and is super easy to use.
