We loved the location and room decor. (It has so many interesting book titles on the shelves also). The shower was nice! The host was SO helpful to us with laundry and recommendations of where to eat (excellent). We found the location to be centrally located, but also quiet. It is not a hotel with a reception desk, but she came as soon as we arrived so it is helpful to communicate your arrival time. It has a little common room (kitchen) and then several individual hotel rooms- it would be a fun stay for a group of couples or family wishing to have own rooms, but also be together. We stayed here on the Way of St Francis and thought it was the nicest room we stayed in:) I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Monterotondo.

(The bed was comfy, but the sheets were a little stiff/ scratchy almost- not a big complaint, but could be a little softer and then the room would be perfect)

Room was great. Pamela was very helpful. Location was a bit noisy, but we were in a fairly large town near a very large city so only to be expected. Everything else was fantastic, including the breakfast at a nearby cafe.

Overnight stay while walking the camino. Pamela our host was super helpful. Communication excellent. One hitch was that there was no hot water and as was a sunday , difficult to get fixed. Pamela offered a full refund on two occassions which I declined. Problems occur in life unexpectedly but it is how you deal with them that matters. Pamela went above and beyond to try and compensate. She also provided an enormous bteakfast and even left myself and othe camino walkers sandwiches for our trip. I would recommend a stay here.

Host communicated personally via my preferred communication method even late in the evening and waited patiently for my late replies. The host arranged everything for a smooth late check in (1am) with hand written instructions. The host also was really accommodating to my last minute change in travel arrangements allowing a last minute late checkout. I had an intense work schedule the whole day with little time to change my booking, but I did not need to stress over the accommodation and luggage because of how well I was treated. I don't recall having such a good experience staying anywhere anytime before this. On top of this, there was a nice selection of food and drinks to suit all tastes in the breakfast area. The place has a beautiful kitchen/breakfast area with cups and plates handmade with care. The rooms are spacious, clean and very relaxing.

Amazing place . Pamela is the hostess extraordinaire. She went out of her way to help us with our questions and problems. She is beyond kind, generous and helpful with her time and resources. The unit was immaculate beautiful functional and restful in a nice area of restaurants and bars. We will always remember her kindness.
