Unfortunately our door code didn’t work and we had to wait one hour until somebody could bring us the physical key.

Cold water, they told me i should let it run for 5 mins...in fact in the morning it was ok even after a couple of seconds...maybe when more rooms use the shower at the same time one stays without...

Difficulty with key code to front door and getting assistance took a little while but was resolved. No staff onsiite with self check in and although i secured the booking with a credit card was informed that payment had to be cash lett in the room

Room large and comfortable. Good shower. Location perfect fot getting a ferry to Stromboli. Offsite breakfast was good at a cafe closr to.the accommodation. It was great that they opened at 5 am as we had a ferry at 7 30.am and.did not think when booking would.be able to take advantage of the breakfast on offer.

As many of the other reviews state, the parking info is a bit misleading. The parking is far away (which is understandable), but the problem is that the guy from the parking wants the guests to go leave the car there and won’t come pick it up, which is not very convenient as your only option is walking on the way back. We found another parking on google maps with a valet for the same price per day so it all ended up fine.

Clean, new room, comfortable bed. The location is very central so it’s very close and easy to go out for a walk or to grab some food. The host is also very friendly, the check-in/out process was really easy and flexible.

The bed was to soft for us and the coffee machine machine will really need a clean up!!

Everything was fine

A great location next to the ferry terminal. Also, there are many places to eat immediately outside. The communication was good and the check in was easy. Overall, a nice place at an excellent rate

There are steep stairs up to the rooms. We made the mistake of taking our heavy suitcases packed with two weeks worth of stuff. Next time we stay, I will leave these in the car and just take enough for our overnight stay.

The location of this B&B was perfect for us as we were taking a trip to the islands for a whole day and wanted somewhere close to the port. Check-in is was very easy and completed over WhatsApp. The host is really friendly and we could not fault the standard of the room. I was unsure initially about having breakfast vouchers for a nearby café rather than eating breakfast at the B&B but what a great idea. The pastries at the café were some of the best we had in Sicily and the choice was wide. I now wonder why more B&Bs don't offer this as a breakfast solution. (Also loved the fish pictures!!)

I needed to have a invoice for my accommodation, it took a few days to manage it, but finally it was okay. Little option for breakfast in nearest bar (coffee and something sweet).

The room was clean with modern furniture and air conditioning. The location is nice, straight in city center, close to the port and bus top to the airport. Communicator through WhatsApp in English.

It was really noisy. you could here literally everything, the people from the other apartments as well as what’s happening outside the main door.

it was splendid clean and the access to the apartment was super easy. the location is great, right in front of the port, so I just jumped over the street to catch the ferry early in the morning.

The apartment doesn't have a private parking as it was mentionned in the offer. You need to pay additionally for parking.

My room, the cheapest, had only a window in the roof and no view. This gave me a claustrophobic feeling. The breakfast was just a coffee and croissant.

Next to the port with the ferries. Restaurants nearby. Very nice and comfortable room. Friendly staff.
