The location of the apartment is brilliant, in the middle of a small town, yet still super accessible by car. The hostess was nothing but amazingly kind and welcoming. She gave us a lot of great advice regarding Cividale and made us feel really welcome. The apartment itself has fantastic style and in our regard is the perfect fusion of modern interior and old buildings. We will certainly come again.

The parking scenario proved to be a little complicated, but this was only due to the amazing location of the apartments (i.e. in the dead centre of Cividale's main piazza) and by no means anything that our hosts could control.

Stefania and Raffaele were phenomenal hosts, their properties were beautifully appointed and they helped us to immerse ourselves into the local area really easily. My wife, three children and mother in law were very comfortable in these properties.

We stayed at the apartment during the Palio di Cividale, which is a great event for all family members. But the town is definitely worth a visit with or without festival. The stylish apartment is located right in the historic city centre. There is a nice view to a lively city square, but thanks to soundproof windows, the apartment is still very quiet. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed (and much more), and the host is very nice, giving useful advice, and arranging a parking spot nearby. We would love to come back :-)

Everything exceeded my expectations. There is nothing not to like. I plan to return and stay at the same location. I would not want to stay anywhere else in Cividale.

The location is absolutely beautiful. It also has good shopping and very nice historical sites. The town and the apartment is centrally located.

The location overlooking the piazza was awesome and we were even serenaded by the Banda Alpina Orzano one day! Stefania was the best host we have ever met. She gave us excellent recommendations for our week long stay and was extremely friendly. The apartment was convenient to a big grocery, a local butcher, a great cafe for coffee and a self service laundry. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared or takeaway we brought back to eat in.

The location was amazing and the apartment was stunning, we could have spent the whole holiday in the apartment happily because it was so cosy and comfortable. The location is perfect, with a lovely view right on to the square, so close to the wonderful atmosphere in the town. The hosts were lovely and very thoughtful, they even left us a complimentary bottle of vino! Our trip was very special, Cividale will always hold a special place in our hearts and our stay at this beautiful apartment was the icing on the cake! We had the most wonderful time and will hopefully be back one day soon! Thank you so much to our lovely hosts for the most perfect stay!

L'angolo di Flippo is located right on the Cividale square. While you can see it from the window, the apartment is very quiet. Lovely restaurants, cafes, the Archeological Museum and Devil's bridge are immediately available. There were three adults and the stay was very comfortable. We traveled to several wineries in the Friuli region and used the apartment as a base which was very convenient. I would mostly like to comment on our gracious host. When we got a bit lost, Stephania came to the square and accompanied us to the free parking lot and to the apartment. She described how to use appliances and locks etc. She gave us a map and pointed out sights and recommended some cafes and restaurants. The following day she placed some additional coffee outside the door. In short, while not imposing, Stephania was very gracious and helpful. She was delighted to have Americans stay in her place. I would highly recommend her apartment and Cividale is a wonderful town with many locals and few tourists.

wonderful location overlooking a busy square in the very centre of this fascinating town. such welcoming hosts! very comfortable apartment, missing only a microwave oven which didn’t inconvenience us at all. highly recommended and we hope to be back!
