Signora Imma is a lovely hostess in her elegant B&B. She provided us a superb breakfast, all homemade, highlighting the local products from Matera. Room was meticulously clean. Wonderful location to see the historic area, plus free onsite parking.

The property was beautiful, charming, well-decorated, clean and extremely well located. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was spacious. Above all, the hospitality was world-class. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, with the host creating some beautiful dishes that used local ingredients. Imma is incredibly friendly and kind, generously sharing her passion and knowledge of Matera with us. We had the most wonderful stay and would return in a heartbeat! The apartment was very easy to find, only a couple of minutes from Matera Central, and a short walk to the old town. The room in the apartment was extremely spacious and clean, the host gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely knowledgable and gave us lots of information on Matera, which was very helpful. We had a great nights sleep, the apt is very high up in a high block and away from the noise of the traffic. The breakfast was a feast for the eyes, and very plentiful with lots of lovely homemade delights made with local produce, I am vegan and the host was very thoughtful and catered for my diet exceeding well.

This stay was incredible, the accommodation was immaculately clean and so homely and comfortable. The position just outside the sassi was perfect snd an easy walk in. The highlight of this stay was undoubtedly Imma who is warm, vibrant and welcoming. Her breakfasts were beyond belief, absolutely delicious and everything home made. Imma has very good English and proudly shared a lot of the history of Matera with us. Cannot recommend this enough.

The shower stall itself was a little small for my taste but probably because I am from America.

It is just next to the historic city center. The lady was very nice, smiley, and energetic. The breakfast was just perfect, with typical food of Matera, coffee, and perfectly prepared fruits. I can recommend clearly

Facility, location, price, cleanliness... everything was exceptional. But the real beauty of this B&B is the very kind, friendly, and welcoming host. She was so attentive during my short stay there, and her explanations on the history of Matera as well as of must-visit spots were also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this B&B.

Everything is excelent. The accomodation is looking amazing , shinning clean, attention to details, luxury furniture, comfy, cozy ,chique & unique. The host is incredibly friendly , open heart and is doing The Best for you to have an amazing staying. I felt like home, like part of her family. Everything is made with passion. Everything was really perfect!

The room is perfectly situated, spacious, absolutely clean, cosy, beautifully decorated with a lot of taste. The bathroom is spacious enough and perfectly clean as well. Imma is an exceptional host, she is so cordial and kind, and will spoil you with het excellent home-made pastries, cookies, coffee, omelette, locally made milk, butter and bread, and every other part of the excellent breakfast. She will also provide plenty of information about Matera and the region, and other indications you would need to spent a perfect time. A stay at her place is not to be missed. Thank you so much, Imma! We will surely come back.

Nothing, everything was great.

Wonderful couple of days here. Our host was lovely and welcomed us in to her home. The apartment was fantastic, nicely decorated, comfortable, very clean, as was the bathroom. Located on 8th floor, with lift, free parking available. Breakfast was exceptional, with different food each morning, all home made, mainly sweet, but some savoury, completely different from what we would have back in England, so nice to try different things. On the second morning she asked she could come and join us once we’d finished, had a lovely chat with her, telling us about Matera and her life. The apartment is only about a 5 / 10 minute walk from the old town and the Sassy, very convenient. Wish we could have stayed longer, but the two days we did have was very memorable. Would recommend. Thank you.

Location was perfect walking distance to the historic center. The host was wonderful, the apartment was impeccable and beautiful. Breakfast was another gem, with a delicious spread of homemade pastries. Imma made us feel like we were home!
