It was great. The rooms were super spacious and the host gave us a great introduction to the place. The location is a bit far from the sightseeing things but if you don't mind it has great local food, Gelato and a supermart nearby.

The shower was leaking the water through the doors so the floor was weet and there were some insects inside coming from outside!!. The distance to the downtown center was more than written in presentation:when the metro was closed you can't arrive in center otherwise by tram 5 or 14!!

I like the bad, was comfortable, also the room was with AC and a good pressure of shower 🚿, the fridge was small but enough, the bathroom enough large and there was plates,and glasses for 🍷!!

Location is alright: a bit far from town center but metro is 5 min away and local food is not expensive and tasty. There are some constructions near by but a lot of flowers around makes air smell awesome. The room itself has private terrace and it's incredible

I really loved everything about this place. The location was great, with lots of bars, pizzerias, and restaurants nearby. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We arrived late, but they sent us helpful videos to guide us through the self check in process, it was super easy. I definitely recommend it.

That's not the case.

I had a wonderful experience at L’Oasi al Pigneto! The guesthouse is charming, clean, and very welcoming. The atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a full day exploring Rome. The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities.

I loved everything about this place! They made our stay in Rome very, very nice! The location is very close to the metro station, our room was very clean, the area is nice and quiet, the owner was really nice and helpful, we had everything we needed, I cannot recommend it enough!! If I come back in Rome, I will definitely choose this place again!🥰🥰❤️❤️

The guesthouse is truly an oasis with its stunning terrace and garden. Our room was incredibly beautiful and very clean. The area in which it is located is full of fantastic bars, restaurants and cafés, so you'll never have to walk far for food and drinks. After a day in the busy city center, we always loved coming back to Pigneto. The vibe there is super relaxed, with many people in their 20s and 30s living there. Highly recommend if you are looking for a chill place to unwind in the evening and don't mind a bit of a longer walk (about an hour) or journey via metro + bus (between 30 and 45 minutes) to the center with its main attractions.

It is a very nice and comfortable room with everything you need. Staff was very kind. We had breakfast kit in the room and there are shops and restaurants nearby. The garden is beautiful and we could have our meals at the table outside. Very vibrant neighbourhood full of greenery and a metro station is very close.

I liked how helpful Maura was from the day I booked the property and before we arrive and during our stay. I had many questions and she always answered them very quickly even if the question was not related to the property itself. During our stay we consult her with everything from places to eat or how to get to a place. She is great, helpful and so pleasant to deal with. Honestly we couldn’t do this trip without her. Everything!First of all the lady manager was very very helpful and nice throughout the whole stay!The neighbourhood was superb full of vegetation and flowers and very clean streets!The metro was very close and very easy to access the city center and all the objectives u want to visit!Also there are alot of restaurants in the area with amazing food!The room looked better live than the picture very clean and big and the patio was very green and comfortable!Top location for sure in Rome!

Nice room in a very nice garden. Area is quiet, but close to the Metro station the nightlife is very vivid which we really liked. Very close to Metro Station. I liked that there was water and coffee provided to guests

The doors creaked very loudly, which was disruptive during the night. There were mosquitoes in the rooms; however there were screens on the windows and a Raid electric unit plugged in, so it seems the hosts are doing all they can to prevent the issue.

Good location, with bus/metro connections to the city center. Not touristy, but very lively with shops and restaurants. The self check-in process was simple and perfectly explained by the host, who was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms and bathroom were perfectly clean. Lovely garden with a bench, seating area and a drinking water fountain.

Little noisy during the morning from the neighbours
