The swimming pool was nice and warm.

The location is pretty dull, I don´t mind walking but the port of Anzio where there is a little more life and fun is quite far from the hotel. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the port so with kids it wasn´t appealing to take walks there, especially after dark. The staff at the hotel hardly spoke any English at all so it was impossible to ask them anything about things to do and see etc. The breakfast staff seemed pretty bored, and if something was missing from the table (like orange juice, that always seemed to finish right away) they did not seem to notice (or care) unless someone pointed it out. The swimming pool is on the top floor, where breakfast is served and the breakfast hall would be a perfect opportunity to offer some service in the day/evening but no. If you want a refreshment, something cold to drink etc., you have to go downstairs to the lobby to buy something. I talked to other guests staying at the hotel, Italians, who complained about this, and they were also surprised that it was not possible to buy a little thing to eat like sandwiches or something simple as that. Long story short: I had paid for 13 nights (non-refundable) but decided to leave after 9 nights and go to another hotel (in another town).

Excellent location in front of the beach, kind and helpful staff, parking inside the hotel structure, rooms and rooftop breakfast room with beautiful views.

I'd like more gluten-free options for breakfast

Amazing views and stunning sunsets. We loved being a little out of town because we love walking to get to where it’s busier.

The room is very good for the rest near sea. Especially the balcony! 3 sunsets! Amazing! The cleaning stuff works extremely good. While we were on the breakfast the room had been cleaned.

The breakfast. First day was really good to have boiled eggs, fruits and sweeties. But there was exactly the same for the day 2 and 3...maybe eggs could be fried or omelette. Just something to change day by day.

The location was fantastic including balcony views of a perfect sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was gorgeous and included a spa. Breakfast was excellent. We were spoilt for choice. The breakfast staff were really lovely and greeted you with a smile and a delicious coffee. Access was easy thanks to the lifts

My husband and I had the most delightful stay at the hotel from July 4-7, 2024, and we cannot speak highly enough of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the wonderful staff, who made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our entire stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing us with a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. What truly stole our hearts was the breathtaking city view from our room - a panorama that captured the essence of the city's charm and beauty. Being so close to both the beach and the pool was a real treat. The proximity to the sea allowed us to unwind with tranquil walks along the shore, making our stay even more memorable. Each morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast spread, which exceeded our expectations for a 3-star hotel. The croissants were particularly delightful - fresh, flaky, and simply irresistible! It was a perfect start to our days of adventure. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional assistance we received from the hotel staff. When we encountered difficulty finding bus tickets to Rome, they went above and beyond to assist us, ensuring that we were able to secure our tickets without any hassle. Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference for us, and we are immensely grateful for their help. Overall, our experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and eagerly look forward to returning ourselves in the future. Thank you to the entire team at this hotel for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable.

Breakfast was wonderful, the service was very attentive and the hotel was very clean.

It was a little out of the way from town and it was on a busy road.

Beautiful views over the Med. Excellent breakfasts. The room was simple but well cared for. It appears to be a family run hotel and their services were excellent.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! A short walk from the train station, ocean views, and across from the beach. The pool was gorgeous and everything was spotless. We had a wonderful time and I look forward to returning.
