The hotel is right at the main square of the village- and in walking distance from the beach, super market etc. the hosts are very nice and friendly

Location was excellent. The staff was very accommodating to all our needs. Breakfast was perfect . Exceeded all my expectations. Super easy check in and the clerks even helped with the luggage.

Breakfast could be a lot better. It was mainly pastry, desserts and boiled eggs with some cereal. Fresh fruit would have made a big difference, particularly for me as I’m gluten and dairy free, all they had to offer in my case was dried gluten free rusks with jam. I had to go elsewhere after.

The staff were very friendly, Nicole in particular was really helpful. Rooms were very clean, bright and I had a lovely view overlooking the sea.

I arrived late after a 24 hour flight from Sydney and a drive from Fiumicino airport. The reception staff were so welcoming and suggested dinner in the restaurant at the side of the hotel. I slept well and woke to nice sea views. The hotel was perfect and would highly recommend.

The sound-proofing room-to- room was not satisfactory.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little disappointing. It would have been good to have had regularly more fresh breads available; some fresh fruit; some hot savoury food and the availability of serving oneself to coffee. Perhaps a coffee machine for this purpose.

Fantastic location Aprox 8-10mins walk from rail station. A lovely small boutique hotel with spacious rooms , some with balconies & sea views. Staff were very pleasant & helpful. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay,

Aurora the receptionist, was very polite and helpful. Easy, free, close parking. Lots of restaurants and bars very close by. Grocery store close by. View of the ocean from the room & balcony was wonderful.

Our beds were not very comfortable but the room had a terrific balcony and view, so hard to beat.

The hotel provides a very nice breakfast. I'd recommend going early though, as they run out of options if you wait too long.

The only negative was the extremely small shower.

Quaint hotel centrally located on a square with lots of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Our room was nice with cold a/c and beautiful sea view. The restaurant next door was fabulous!

In room 103, the wall mounted air conditioner’s remote control’s + - button to increase/decrease the temperature did not appear to work. Staff was summoned and one could have it blast ac for a while then we turned it off. The electric hot pot wouldn’t heat water. I took it to the front desk to show staff but they went and made me a small pot of hot water.

Bed was very comfortable. View of ocean from balcony was nice. Breakfast was very good with a variety of foods. Onsite parking was a big plus. Many places to eat and explore near this hotel.

Those who have room without sea view can face problems with noice from nearby restaurants. Window nets against mosquitos would be nice to have.

Small cosy family hotel with perfect location. Simple but satisfying breakfast. Very kind and helpful personal. Amazing sea view,esp from bathroom. 10min walk to the beach, 1 minute to supermarket or restaurant.

Family run hotel, great and friendly staff, clean and in a great location to live santa marinella (not only the beach). Wide room, quite, nice breakfast, available parking in case of need. Definitely very good value for money in the location

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is close to several restaurants, cafes, and shops. Santa Marinella beach and the train station are only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel staff were very warm and helpful. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing and the room was clean and comfortable.

No lift, although a young man on the staff lifted our larger case upstairs for us.

Delightful seaside location, simply but tastefully furnished. Easy to find. The Manageress was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good, again the service was very pleasant. We were able to store our luggage after checkout until our train departure.

We thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast and coffee service. Breakfast is served in a quaint sunny room overlooking the courtyard with options to eat outside. Our room had a sweet little balcony with a view of the ocean. The room was air conditioned, but you could also open the balcony doors to enjoy the breeze.
