The room was completely secure. But the outside door didn’t seem to lock properly. This should be easy to fix & surely it was only a temporary problem

The location was perfect, right near the main part of town - 15 mins by walking. But also nicely tucked out of the way so it wasn't noisy at night. The hosts were so helpful with accessing the building, they were super quick to reply to our queries and their English is fantastic :) The room was clean, tidy and just what we needed for the night.

The location of the property was excellent. The room was cozy, clean and well equipped. The owners were very friendly and always happy to provide with any info we needed. Highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike but suggestion: Maybe two side tables to add on either side of the bed? Maybe in the future provide some disposable bedroom slippers 😁, I'm sure your guests will love that.

The staff were very quick to respond to any queries. The instructions to check in were all very clear, even appreciated the flyer summarising the process that was great. They tried really hard to accommodate a query we had and delivered. The suite was much bigger than we expected and felt like a home, it was equipped with everything you could need and had a great view. The location is great, walking distance to the centre with shops and restaurants. You can store your luggage safely there and there is a car park nearby £22 per day. Great job to all the staff 👏🏽.

Perugia is not an easy place with a car. Parking can be problematic and driving stressful even with a gps.

A very conveniently located rooms with lots of care given to the details on the part of the property managers -- we loved the little attentions they left for the guests! The property managers were also very responsive for a smooth checkin and checkout process.

I wished they had AC as it was quite hot, particularly at night. I asked if I could go back to the apartment and use the bathroom in the early afternoon of my departure day (I understand that the apartment was only going to be cleaned on the following day) but unfortunately they didn't agree. Too bad

Breakfast was NOT included. However, a generous amount of coffee pods was made available. The space was cozy and well equipped overall. I appreciated the option of leaving my bag in the storage area, until I was ready to go catch my train.

There isn’t any air con in this flat so bear this in mind if visiting in summer months. There was a fan but we were incredibly hot. I looked back and know it didn’t say there was aircon, so this had been an assumption on my part vs flat fault. Also no sofa to relax on - just table in the downstairs. Again, fine as we were only staying one night but worth bearing in mind.

Good size apartment and decent location. The communication could not have been better and they were incredibly quick to respond to all enquiries. Would recommend as location is great and easy to get everywhere in perugia.

The downstairs area is functional but not comfortable to relax in. It wasn't a problem for me as I really only was in the apartment to sleep.

This cute little apartment was great for me for a couple of days in Perugia. Its a bit away from the centre (maybe 15-20 mins walk) but the street outside has plenty of food & bars. There was a coffee machine and bottled water provided in the kitchen. Really easy check in process too, with a lockbox outside the front door.

Thin walls. We had an Italian drama until about 3:30 in the morning with our neighbors. But maybe it was just our luck for this particular stay. The parking garage is about a 10 minute walk up the hill. You can find a spot on the street, but during our stay the street was full and it didn't look safe to leave a brand new rental car there.

The apartments are close to the city center. We liked the "old modern" style of the room. The host was very friendly and cooperative.
