Very beautiful hotel, super equiped and clean room, with all necesary things you can need. Location is great, peacefull street, only 2 min walk from center and 10 min walk to the beach. Very safe, building has 24/7 security. Breakfast is nice, good coffee, juice and warm pastry. The owner Massimo is an amazing host, he gave us helpful tips and helped us with everything. Trip from airport is easy, there is a direct metro line 1. I highly recommend this hotel and will certanly come back! :)

the bar that served breakfast didn't have the nicest service

We spent a week here with my wife and son, it was a great time for us. We explored Naples on foot and by public transport. A 10-minute walk to two metro lines that connect the most interesting locations in this beautiful city. Three are many nice restaurants nearby and wonderful coast. The room is clean, well equipped and comfortable and the owner is very nice and helpful. After a few days, we got a larger room than we had booked, which made our stay even more comfortable. Lucky us! :) Thank you !

A real gem in a beautiful part of Naples. So pleased we booked it. Bright beautiful rooms which were super comfortable - gorgeous bathrooms too. Stunning views from the balcony. Owners were incredibly helpful from restaurant recommendations to booking our taxi to the airport. We will be back.

I highly recommend this place! The rooms are located in a historic building, but they are beautifully maintained and very cozy. Special thanks to Massimo — such an incredibly pleasant, attentive, and caring person. He was always there, helping us and finding solutions to any questions we had. If I could give him not just 10 points but 100, I would! The location is excellent, in a quiet and convenient area. Without a doubt, I will come back here again.

Pleasant Stay in Naples The accommodation met our expectations – the rooms were clean, nicely maintained, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful attitude of the owner, who was kind and supportive throughout our stay. A big plus was his quick response when we realized we had accidentally left a passport in the room after check-out. He called within an hour to let us know he had found it and kept it safe for us. Parking was available just across from the property, seemed secure, and the staff we interacted with were also very friendly. Overall, we had a positive experience and were satisfied with our stay.

There is non breakfast at hotel. We should get the breakfast outside in a restaurant with a coupon offered by the hotel. But I can understand, there is no more place in the hotel.

It’s a little bit like a family hotel in a resident building. The staffs are nice and helpful. It’s close to Santa Lucia port and some good restaurant round. The block is safe, nice and quiet. The room is clean.

We had to book 3 nights at this property after we were let down by another property on the day of check in. In hindsight, I’m so glad we ended up booking here instead. Massimo and his team were fantastic, the room was really comfortable with everything you could need, and was cleaned to a very high quality every day. Location is fantastic, close to the seafront and lots of fab restaurants nearby. Massimo’s recommendations of food were great! We genuinely couldn’t fault this place, or the staff at all, and we were so grateful for such a lovely place, particularly given the last minute booking! Thank you Massimo and team!

The host Massimo was incredible: very kind, caring and gave us a lot of helpful information. We traveled with our infant and they put a cot up for us immediately and were super kind to her. The restaurant recommendations were fantastic! Everything was clean, quiet and we even had sky TV in the room, which was very nice after a long day exploring Napoli. The accommodation is literally 2 minutes from the waterfront, everything is really close by and the alibus (bus shuttle to the airport) is also just a 10 minute walk. We truly had a magnificent time and can’t thank Massimo enough!

The room design really made the most of the available space with a secret loft above the entrance. We were touched by Massimo’s kindness. He was attentive to our needs and recommended a memorable pizzeria. We enjoyed being so close to the sea and to the dynamic neighbourhood of Chiaia. We’d love to return.

Loved the decor, the guest house and rooms were spotless.The bed was really comfy. Massimo was lovely and showed us areas to visit, restaurant recommendations. Location was great too, found a lovely bar and amazing pizza restaurant just one street up (Tuxedos and Diego Vitagliano) but not far from the lovely waterfront bars and restaurants either. Breakfast was at a nice cafe about 5 mins away. Would definitely stay here again.
