The air con could not be switched off in the room, but we were too tired to ask for help and perhaps they would have been able to sort it for us. There were no blankets in the room to warm us up.

The staff were very helpful, freezing our ice blocks for us.

Right by a noisey road with loads of traffic. Hard to find if you check in late at night. The pillows are quite uncomfortable. A bit far from Venice, approx 45min in the car to Mestre train station using no tolls. Big drop between road and car park meaning potential damage to your car/front bumper. AC is inefficient

Lovely big room, a bit dated but comfortable. Good shower water pressure. Sound proofing better than most hotels I've stayed in. Good breakfast/really good value for money. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Close to ellectric car chargin points. Awesome pizza place just across the road. Overall good value dor money, I'd stay again but ask for room facing back on the property.

Cannot complain much for just one night. Nothing special.

We stayed for just one night to break our trip. For that purpose the hotel was nice and cozy. Private parking in the back, extremely friendly staff, clean room. Breakfast was ok. Whatsapp was used for communication which helped us a lot to find the place and get the keys when the reception was not open.

The bunk bed was creaky.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice, new and clean. Small fridge to keep things cool. Staff friendly. Close to a lovely little pizzeria. Good for a stop over as it was close to the motorway and had everything we needed.

... if there was no terrible bunk bed in the room where children slept. It issues such a sound whenever it is hard to sleep. I think small investment would mean a huge difference.

We booked the hotel as a rest stop in our journey and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very well maintained with friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing, with local pastry and fresh orange juice. I highly recommended it. Grazie :)

Unfortunately we arrived the day before the wastebins were emptied so it was a bit loud from 6am onwards (not the fault of the hotel, of course!).

It's on a busy street and it's noisy, but the windows have massive shutters, which helps a lot. It is more difficult to access without a car, but with a car it is great.

A very nice old and aristocratic hotel. Sufficient space, classic and expensive furniture for its time. We felt very good there. Spacious bathroom (Versace tiles). There are shops, restaurants and gas stations nearby. We arrived late and they had left a key for us and instructions on how to get in. We are satisfied.

The bunk bed in the kid’s room made noise every time they moved.

Spaceous, clean room and bathroom in a new por recently renovated part of the hotel, in the quiet back part. The double bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Excellent shower. Great breakfast buffet for a very affordable price. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Such a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The $5 breakfast was a feast for our teenagers. The air conditioning was a treat, because it was above 37C outside. From here it was easy to get to Venice and Lago di Garda.

As the hotel is located behind trees / shrubs it is difficult to locate when driving. Increased signage would alleviate this issue.

Location was good however better signage for the hotel would improve the experience. The service provided (Carlotta) was excellent. Breakfast was good.
