Very clean anf comfortable room.It' s authenthic and cool at summer.There's a coffee machine and coffee capsules, left by the owner.It was a pleasant stay.

Great location, fabulous room and great communication before and during stay. Easy and inexpensive public parking only a few steps away, which is not a given in Sassi. The whole family loved the unique experience.

Everything was super

Firstly, the apartment is positioned strategically and so, in my opinion, absolutely important for those who enjoy all the amenities close by and the sightseeing. The apartment was extremely clean and provides you with an absolute "cave experience" which I thoroughly enjoyed. A warning to guests that need windows or are claustrophobic you may find it too closed. The bathroom is very well fitted but the only negative part is the fact that when you shower the toilet gets wet because there is no protection between the shower and the toilet to avoid the water splashes. Like I said before it is a unique experience so if you are an adventurous person then you will love it! Lots of restaurants around and places for breakfast so definitely no issues to get a bite to eat. All in all I will definitely return with my family!!

A beautiful apartment, very clean, comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom, good WiFi signal. The host was easy to contact and gave good, clear, friendly instructions. My wife was thrilled and surprised. It was a very special night and there is nothing I would have changed.

I would of like the aircon to work but due to the season and all other rooms connected it could not be isolated to our room

The top location. amazing cave house. No problem with the room

It was a unique accommodation right in the middle of the sassi with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Room was spacious and quiet, the bathroom had a nice open shower and the bed was very comfortable. The place where breakfast was provided was really good. It is a shame we didn't stay longer.

The wifi could have been a bit better in the room, but this did not bother us very much.

Beautiful property in a great location

Amazing, unique experience, beautiful furnishings, amazing staff. Very helpful with figuring out how to open the accommodation, in English too. Great location, very close to a parking garage, and close to the centre or areas to eat and drink.

Nothing wrong with the property, but just be conscious of the weather, as it is a bit wet in the caves, as in if the ac is on it’s very cold and if it’s off it’s very hot.

Great location--in Sassi, but not far from modern town. Fantastic, helpful host...met us to let us in because my technology (WhatsApp) is non-existent. Great restaurants nearby.

Very central and right in the centre of Sassi Zone . Very clean and very well equipped . An unusual experience living in the sassi. Host gave us tips on where to eat . Highly recommanded.

Great location, on the edge of the historical center. Walking distance to all the interesting places. Room was very big. You can easily sleep with 4 people in the room. We got a voucher to have BF in a nearby bar where you get a nice coffee and a big croissant of your choice. Wifi works very well. Easy check in and out.

Parking can be a challenge but this is a problem in every touristic place in Italy.
