The walls are thin and the street can be loud so at night we woke up a few times because of the noise from outside.

The room was nice and cosy, the location was amazing. Everything was in walking distance and the street was beautiful as well. We also had a little balcony which was really cute and kinda a surprise for me.

The bathtub drain was clogged. It was about to overflow while taking a shower. The street was very noisy and we had to get up early in the morning. There was the sound of plumbing coming from the next apartments in the room and it was very disturbing. Although we stated that we would leave at 10:30 in the morning, the cleaner came to the door at 10:00. We had to leave in a hurry. There's no parking. There is a parking garage 500 meters away for 24 euros per night.

The location was very good. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The street was a busy street with cafes and restaurants. We were informed in advance to enter the room. We entered easily. When we entered, the air conditioner was on and the room was cool.

It was very noisy outside - the building doesn’t have soundproof walls at all, so we could barely sleep - as it’s in very urban and popular area.

Location is absolutely perfect - right at the heart of Bologna city center. Self check-in process was smooth and easy. The host is always available on Whatsapp for any inquiry.

The quality of sheets could be better. Wifi was super slow, we had to use phone data a lot. A little noisy at night. The bathroom had an odd smell and the shower seemed to have some mold.

As other guests have mentioned, the plumbing is problematic in terms of its smell. Although there is a ventilator, it is not enough to deal with the smell. You need to keep the bathroom door closed at all times and hold your breath while in the bathroom. We recommend adding a bin in the room and a hunger for soap in the douche. We found the bed to be soft, which in our case is not comfortable. Other guests may appreciate soft beds, but we prefer semi hard. Last but not least, we would have appreciated tea/coffee facilities either within the room or in a shared kitchen. In our 10day tour in the region (parma, ferrara, modena,) we stayed in similar rooms/apartments that offered such a facility. All in all, we consider La Suite a good accommodation option, which can be improved to an excellent one if the issues mentioned above are improved.

The apartment is conveniently located between the train station and the town center. It is newly renovated in a traditional building so you have comfortable accommodation while getting the city's vibes. The fresco at the ceiling is enormous! It was spotlessly clean. There is central heating and air conditioning. The communication with the host was adequate, and the coding system to enter was efficient. Notably, the tv included Netflix. We appreciated the recommendations given for restaurants. Especially, the nearby ostetia le moline was superb. It offered the best gluten-free tagliatelle al ragu we have ever tasted.

These are minor things but it would have been nice to have had a fold out luggage rack in the room. We found the air con difficult to work and the temperature kept changing throughout the night. Our room faced the street and we were woken up several times in the night by refuse collectors, street cleaners outside.

Great location - 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction from the historic centre. Security - you get given a entry code on your day of arrival which you have to enter on the electronic keypads on 3 doors before entering your room which made me and my friend as female travellers feel very safe. Luggage storage - there is a luggage storage facility that the apartments gave us access to use once we checked out. Again you're given an electronic code to access the room and can put your bags in lockers. The room was spacious enough for two people, clean and the room was cleaned daily. Very handy having a small fridge in the room. Great communication from the hosts who responded to any queries via WhatsApp very quickly
