Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Germanythe toilet and the shower are in the same tiny room - if you take a shower a lot of thisngs get wet you can reach the rooms only via stairs
the hotel is located in an old village the hotel has its own charme also the village the the rooms are fine the location to expolre the sightseeing hot spots is perfect hint - because the hotel is located in teh village center and the roads there are extremly narrow, we decided not to drive to hotel for loading - the parinkg slot for all people ist outside the village also the closeby bar and restraurants have quite strange opening times - we decided to dirve for breakfast to next bigger city

GermanyFirst of all, we had to pay 10€ extra per night for the AC. Which was stated nowhere. On a day where it was close to 40 degrees outside... The room is small but sufficient for a short stay. The mattress is an awful spring mattress. The bathroom is super small. While sitting on the toilet you touch the sink. And there is almost no room in the shower. The room was ok clean. But the sheet looked like they could get exchanged for new ones. The service was way below what I'd expected. We didn't really feel welcomed. For example: We asked for a table for two after a day long drive. The answer was just "Now? No!" No finding a solution or offering one for a later time. The surcharge for the AC and the discussion about it was just the nail in the coffin.
The Hotel lies in the center of a beautiful little village. The quality of the restaurant seems to be quite good, although pricey. Arriving an hour late was no problem after letting the staff know.
