Location and views were perfection

Could have had more amenities available- there was only one towel per person and one hand towel for three days for shower and beach use. Only one dish towel but we are expected to wash the dishes. Only a quarter of a paper towel roll was left out for guest use.

The circulation of air was poor. The A/C cooled the big bed but didn’t do as good of a job cooling the twin beds.

Views, charm, having to dry our clothes by using clothes pins, the morning espressos, the snacks, the placement of the twin beds in the room, the small shower, the crazy walk up so many stairs to get to the room! All of it!!!

I was expecting slightly bigger size with the apartment, plus the condition with the shower area was small and simple. The hot water boiler for the shower was poor, we need to wait 20-30 minutes before the next’s one turn.

The balcony overlooking at the shore, that was wonderful.

Twin beds were a bit hard.

The staff at the reception office were excellent and very helpful in finding last minute assistance to help with carrying luggage up 100+ steps to the apartment. Nice to have some basic essentials and a light breakfast for the next day upon arrival.

Certainly not for seniors! Too many precarious steps to get up and down to the apartment and steps in the apartment. Bathroom needs to be updated.

check with a guest about needing a porter prior to arriving, and with the cost of the apartment perhaps a porter should be automatically provided all electrical sockets are loose in the walls stairs coming up to the apartment are dirty

view and balcony were magnificent. bed was very comfortable, and gave us great sleeps the numerous windows allowed a lovely cooling cross breeze and a great view the kitchen was well appointed for what we needed very quiet neighbours washing machine and clothes drying rack were much appreciated the apartment was in a great location, 2 minutes to the main street and 5 minutes to the train station

Place is too small for 4 adults. Probably would be ok for 2 adults and small children. Shower is SO tiny and the doors don’t close all the way so water gets on the floor. Place could use more hooks to hang towels. Steps down from the kitchen and from the bed are dangerous! Vernazza/Cinque Terre is WAY TOO CROWDED. We had a hard time getting food and hiking with so many people.

View was beautiful. Loved the terrace. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have espresso and a breakfast basket. Nice to be able to pay for them to get groceries for us prior to arrival. Nice to be able to do laundry.

The 2 twin beds were only suitable for young children, small and not comfortable. The bathroom was similar to a cruise bathroom, very very tight, shower extremely small. Lots of steps up to unit, some very steep. You have to throw out ALL of your trash to proper bins which are located in town which was a pain. I would not expect this for the cost of the unit. This was way overpriced, not good value for money and sorry to say I would not stay here again

The view and balcony were very nice. King size bed was nice, but steps to get to the bed so be careful at night if you have to go to the restroom as there are no railings. Nice to be able to wash clothes. Staff were very friendly
