Horrible, el barco muestra señales de falta de mantenimiento y limpieza. Los servicios básicos como el baño, la regadera, el desayuno y la cama son de pésima calidad y gusto o son inexistentes, tanto en el bote como en la marina. La forma de llegar es complicada y el tiempo para el check in es forzado e inconvenientemente tarde(9pm). De no estar a tiempo, te amenazan de que cancelaran la reserva sin regresarte el dinero. El olor interior es pésimo. Las reglas de cobro son anticipadas, no hay posibilidad de reembolso ni apertura para quejas. Es un fraude. Horrible, the place shows lack of manteinance and cleaness. The conditions of the place are unhealthy, unpleasant and useless. The toilet is not working properly, the place is dirty, dusty and a strong smell of humidity in bed, pillows and all over. There is no proper services of a toilet and shower in the marina. The breakfast is some bread and some coffee and a dirty rusty coffe pot. There is no refrigerator and no dishes to make a proper meal. The indications for arrival are not precise and there is no walking path so you will have to walk between heavy tucks. The check in is at very late time(9pm) and if you don’t arrive at clock, you will be threatened by been canceled without refund.
