Absolutely amazing location! The rooms are incredibly beautiful and the staff is super, super friendly and helpful. They'll happily help you with whatever you need. :) We absolutely loved our stay and would happily stay there again!

Great little family run hotel. Location was fantastic for the colosseum and other sites to see and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Room was very comfy and spotless. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was incredible (around the corner from the colosseum and walkable to everything else) and I thought the price was very fair. The room was large and nice to hang out in. The staff were super friendly - one of them even fixed my power adapter that my previous hotel had broken. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This is an older Hotel on the 3rd floor of a building couple of minutes walking from Colosseum. Room was good and clean and staff were very friendly. We loved our stay. Lots of restaurant close by and close to subway station at Colosseum.

If you're a very big person, the bathroom could be small. For me, it was no issue.

Excellent location just down from the Colosseum. Nice spacious room. Comfortable with everything you need - air con and fridge. Safe area. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were able to leave bags after check out and come back to charge phones in the reception area.

Small things but the Bathroom is tiny, very difficult to maneuver around comfortably. Decor could use updating , overall I’d still stay here again though

You cannot get a better location, walk to all the sights easily (except Vatican / Borghese) Very clean & surprisingly quite given where it is.

Sometimes it takes a long time to heat up the shower water so I‘ve taken a couple of cold showers during my stay. We lived here during the heatwave in July so this wasn't a problem for us at all. But you may want to keep this in mind if you plan to visit Rome during winter.

The best accommodation we've ever had in Italy! Staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy with pretty much everything you need. Walking distance to everywhere except Gallery Borghese and the Vatican City. would recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Rome.

The property was clean and neat. Everything we needed for a one night stay after our cruise was available. The property is dated and basic, but it will meet your needs. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We actually left our passports locked in the hotel safe and discovered this at the airport. We were able to secure a fast taxi back the the property. The staff member met us at the door and ensured we could get our passports and return to the airport in time to make our flight. The staff member was very helpful.

Clean room and friendly staff who let us store our luggage a couple hours prior to check-in and after checking out. The location was perfect. You can see the Colosseum just around the corner. Within walking distance of almost everything but the Vatican.

Some rooms have a shower set up where it's separate from the bathroom

We stayed at Hotel Labelle for it's proximity to the Colosseum and it truly is a great location for that, we just walked over to it. While the room itself had a strange setup with the bathroom and the shower being separate, it was made up by the great service by Jade. She provided us with an early check-in, stored our bags for us pretty nicely and she also helped call a taxi at check out. Overall we would recommend a stay here.

The pillows were not comfortable.

It was very clean and safe. I really liked the extra levels of security they had in place. As a solo female traveler I felt very comfortable at the property and in the vicinity.

Staff was SO NICE! Everything was clean and the room was spacious. The beds were all very comfortable. Even the pullout bed made for a great night's sleep. The location is amazing.
