The hotel reception staff are very enthusiastic, and the hotel breakfast is also excellent. You can see the beautiful scenery from the balcony. I'll stay at this hotel again when I come to Florence next time.

There wasn't anything not to like.

It's closeness to the Duomo and train station (we arrived by train from Verona and took the train to Pisa, an hour away, for the day while we were in Florence). The spectacular view from the breakfast area. Very good breakfast, spacious comfortable room on the fifth floor at the front of the hotel. Quiet. Friendly welcoming staff. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! Room on the 7th floor with a great view on the dome! The location is so close to all the attractions! The reception staff was so helpful and friendly, even placed a restaurant reservation and made the stay very special!

This hotel was truly excellent, but the air conditioning was so strong that it actually felt like a downside. We visited in July, when it was swelteringly hot outside, yet the hotel corridors were cooled to the point that they felt cold. (Perhaps the cold air from the hallway was flowing into the room.) The room itself was also very cold, to the extent that we had to turn off the air conditioner and eventually sleep with the window slightly open. In hindsight, I somewhat regret not speaking to the staff at the time about adjusting the air conditioning in the hallway and the guest room.

This hotel has an excellent location. It is easy to walk to the hotel from Firenze SMN Station even while pulling a travel suitcase. From the outdoor terrace of the restaurant on the 6th floor, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. The front desk staff were also very kind—during check-in, they spoke slowly and clearly to make it easier for me to understand. The condition of the hotel room was excellent. It was very clean and well-prepared, and the bathroom was also spotless. The hotel is not only close to Firenze SMN Station but also within walking distance of major attractions such as the Florence Central Market, the Accademia Gallery, and the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. Within a 20-minute walk from the hotel, you can reach Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza della Signoria, the Palazzo Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery. If you ask the front desk, they will call a taxi for you at any time, and the taxi usually arrives at the hotel entrance within five minutes, which is very convenient.

You can hear people really easily when you are in your room if they are talking in the hallway. This was my only critique, but it really didn't bother us much.

A few steps to get to the Duomo! Great location for a first-time trip to Florence. Very clean, full-sized blow dryer in bathroom, staff very attentive.

If there was anything to not like it was maybe the size of the room was smaller but it was not an issue for me. I’ve stayed in smaller rooms!

The staff was really nice and accommodating. There was a nice breakfast offering everything morning on the top floor of this hotel. It’s a smaller hotel in an amazing location, the Duomo and museum of Statue of David are just steps away from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants nearby and walkable from the train station! Last but not least, the rooms were so cool temperature wise as Americans are used to cold hotel rooms, and this place had great Air Conditioning for the room. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever encountered while travelling internationally. I would without a doubt stay at this hotel again in the future!

The location of this hotel was perfect. We were in the heart of the city, so walking out the door each morning was so convenient. Train station was within walking distance as well. The breakfast was very good and each morning you could sit out on the rooftop and have breakfast with a view of the Duomo.

The rooms were a bit small, could hear a lot from outside the door- not well insulated in terms of noise from people in the hotel and hallway.

Breakfast selections were great, with a beautiful corner view of the duomo. The beds were comfy. This hotel was right next to the duomo and a quick walk to the station. I think it’s a perfect quick stay 1-2 nights. Especially if you are looking for a play just to sleep. Good value.
